I would rate the hosteller chain a 4/5. Mostly good things to harp about. ONE MAJOR NEGATIVE is a lack of responsive telephonic communication from the hosteller’s end. They take you through a bot comms process when you call them, but almost never connects you to a real-person on the other side of the phone. Needs improvement.
