- Lieu très sale : un caleçon sale retrouvé dans la chambre, les draps n’étaient pas propre au moins 10 cheveux trouvés, de la poussière de partout Chambre non conforme aux photos : réservation chambre de 4 en dortoirs avec 2 lits simple dans les lits neufs, je vous laisse regarder le photo.. un filet d’eau tiède, donc pas d’eau chaude Les chambres ne ferment pas, Pas d’isolation sonore, côté rue énormément de bruit Les rideaux ne cachent pas la lumière Pas un casier / personne dans cette chambre Personnel pas spécialement agréable Pas de vrai bagagerie pour laisser son sac, il faut le laisser dans les parties communes
+ La chica de recepción muy amable y el internet era bueno.
- Las habitaciones super incomodas, no había privacidad. Las cama estaba sucia y tenia una sabana que era casi transparente con pelos de otros huespedes. Se escuchaba todo lo que hacian en la habitación de alado justo una pareja toda la madrugada. El baño compartido no tenia luz y estaba en mal estado. No pude descansar la noche que pase allí.

- On the last day of my stay, I left around 2:30 p.m. and I returned around 22:30 Hs., in that meantime, they took out my belongings without my consent when I had paid the whole accommodation and confirmed my reservation by booking and personally, under the pretext that according to them "they thought" I had left and had to check out on Saturday when actually check out was on Sunday. When I returned to the hostel, I found a person sleeping in my bed and my belongings were outside. At no time did they contact me having my contact numbers to know why I had left my belongings or even checked the reservation to verify that my check out was the following day. The hostel filled up and ran out of beds the moment they realized I did have my check out the day after. In the face of the nervousness of the volunteers and to try not to leave a negative comment or not to ask to speak with the owner of the establishment, I was given a bed in the volunteers room (in poor hygienic conditions and with a toilet in a deplorable state) besides offering me a free breakfast or meal that I won’t accept as I saw it as blackmail. When they noticed my anger at the situation and that obviously I was not going to leave a good comment they began to act more unfriendly than usual, added to a percentage of aggressiveness by certain volunteers. It goes without saying that when they tried to cover up the problem, one of the volunteers started smoking marijuana and laughing at the situation. A horrible experience. El último día de mi estadía, me fui alrededor de las 14:30 Hs.. y regrese alrededor de las 22:30 Hs., en ese ínterin, sacaron mis pertenecías sin mi consentimiento cuando había pagado la totalidad del alojamiento y confirmada mi reserva mediante booking y personalmente, bajo el pretexto que según ellos "pensaron" que me había ido y tenía que hacer el check out el día Sábado cuando en realidad el check out era el día domingo.
- The reception was alone almost all the time. The receptionist of the night disappeared and went to sleep, in addition to being on several occasions under the influence of narcotics. I was not given a key to get in and out. The locker was broken and could not be padlocked. When I had my clothes washed, they returned them almost wet and with clothes that were not mine. It is noted that volunteers are inexperienced in guest care because except for two of them, the rest is not friendly. La recepción se encontraba sola casi todo el tiempo. El recepcionista de la noche desaparecía y se iba a dormir, además de en varias ocasiones encontrarse bajo el efecto de estupefacientes. No me dieron llave para entrar y salir. El locker estaba roto y no se podía poner candado. Cuando mande a lavar la ropa me la devolvieron casi mojada y con prendas que no eran mías. Se nota que los voluntarios son inexpertos en la atención al huésped porque a excepción de dos de ellos, el resto no tiene un trato cordial.
- Sai para conhecer a cidade e quando voltei ,minha cama havia sido ocupada por outra pessoa ,uma mal organização! Depois me certifiquei que havia sumido minha garrafa de piscu que eu havia comprado de presente ..me disseram que jogaram fora e não me ressarciram

- The owner at wild monkey was so rude and blamed us for an issue with them and booking. The other staff were trying to be nice and sort out a solution for us but the owner was so obnoxious

Cuando fui había un olor terrible en la habitación. Las sábanas de las camas eran muy viejas. No pudieron mejorar el olor del lugar y tuve que irme de ahí.
When I left there was a terrible smell in the room, the bed sheets were very old, they could not improve the smell of the place and I had to leave.
+ Die Lage ist ok.
- Der Schlafsaal hatte kein Fenster zum öffnen. Es roch furchtbar. Die Betten waren extrem wackelig und laut. Zudem ist sehr wenig Platz. Das Bad konnte man als Frau kaum nutzen, extrem dreckig und eklig.

I suggest trying another hostal first. Everything is dirty, the room smelled like mold, we found lots of hairs on the sheets and we didn't even get the private room we paid for because the bed frame was in pieces on the floor. The kitchen was also dirty (there were only rotten food in the fridge). We didn't feel like showering there because the bathrooms were also dirty.
+ Lieu sympa, bonne ambiance du patron, mais ca dépend aussi des volontaires. Patrons super génial. Voyageurs en moto.

+ Da receptividade, do quarto e banheiro.
- Infelizmente a cozinha estava muito precária, poucos utensílios e tinha pessoas que usavam e sujava tudo deixando lá para o dia seguinte. O pessoal ficava bebendo e fazendo barulho até muito tarde como a porta não isolava o barulho acordei várias vezes a noite.

+ Camas cómodas y baño dentro de la habitación, y tiene gatos amorosos
- El chico con el que compartía la habitación entro a su novia en la mañana a tener relaciones lo cual no me dejo dormir, el personal del hotel no se percató hasta después de 2 horas, ingresaron a la habitación a sacar a la chica.

Cuando fui había un olor terrible en la habitación. Las sábanas de las camas eran muy viejas. No pudieron mejorar el olor del lugar y tuve que irme de ahí.
