Our Way Hostel

+ Not too much noise, not even from the dog.

- No water!! So there’s no chance of having a shower, etc. The old manager, the only person there, is indifferent to the various shortcomings of the services and the building, which anyone can enter from the street (and you might find someone coming in and ending up in the dormitory on the first floor because they were looking for the manager... as happened to me), since all the entrances are always open, even when the old manager isn’t there, or is shut away in his room, or is asleep.

+ The room was spacious

- There is no water available to use the washroom, and taking a shower is not even possible because the supply in the taps is inconsistent. Even when water does come, it’s barely enough to wash hands before it finishes again. And the street in front is narrow that parking car is difficult

- Terrible property. No water. No heating . Dirty hair filled beds. Terrible hosting . DO NOT USE THIS HOSTEL! I HAVE STAYED IN HOSTELS ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES I HAVE EVER BEEN DRAGGED THROUGH.

+ I didn’t like anything about the property

- It was freezing. We couldn’t warm enough because of house. This stay was terrible. I’m not recommend it.!

- The room is different from what I booked. The toilet is too bad, dirty, no water flow at all in the bathroom, and restrictions on the heater usage. There is no lock in the toilet. Totally waste of money.

+ I left the day I arrived and didn’t even spend the night

- The bathroom downstairs just had a curtain in front of the toilet and no door, so this was awkward. However there is another bathroom upstairs with a door so you have options. The owner however…oof. My friend and I booked a private room, and walked to the hostel straight from taking two overnight buses from Bosnia. It was a LONG travel day and we were exhausted. A woman brought us up to the room when we arrived, and I thought we’d completed the check in process and I thought I’d already prepaid through booking.com but was mistaken. I’m sitting outside reading in the common area, and the owner comes up to me for a chat. Starts out okay, but then he makes sly remarks and implies that I’m stupid because of a miscommunication between him and his staff (my friend is German, I’m American) and he I guess thought I was German as well and was saying “do you not know your own country?” And accused me of lying, but not in a joking way, in a very condescending way. He then asks for me to pay then, and I told him I thought I’d prepaid on booking. He got an attitude with me and said no I didn’t. This could have easily been said without the attitude. So I said okay I just have to go to the ATM and get the cash (keep in mind, we had just arrived from a long travel day, thought I’d already paid, and so didn’t arrive with enough cash) he said okay and walked off. He then proceeded to go to the private room where my friend was sleeping and just walked in without knocking, woke her up and demanded she pay now. I was on my way to the ATM at this point so not in the hostel. It’s one thing to walk in if it’s a dorm, but two women in a private room? As a man that is very disrespectful to just walk right in. I got back from the ATM and tried to give him the cash, but he didn’t have any change. So I said I’d make change in a shop somewhere and pay in a bit. He demanded I pay right then. How to pay when you don’t have change??

+ Prácticamente nada, la cama no era muy incómoda

- Desde el primer momento en que llegamos fue todo mal. Llegamos en un vuelo a la 1 de la madrugada, pedí el late check in y me lo confirmó, pero cuando llegamos no sabía la habitación en la que íbamos, probó en 2 (una de ellas se abrió y había gente durmiendo) y finalmente entramos en la tercera. Al día siguiente nos incluía el desayuno, por lo que a las 9h fuimos a desayunar y esperamos 15min viendo como la gente se hacía el desayuno porque el hostal era tipo camping. Pregunté a otro de los huéspedes y me dicen que ellos llevaban más de media hora esperando y nadie había ido, por lo que decidí preparar el desayuno. De repente viene el señor súper enfadado a echarnos la bronca y se marcha sin habernos preparado nada, es más, comienza a decirme gritando y de manera desafiante que ya que me he puesto que se lo preparase a todos los huéspedes. Se marcha, me quedo paralizada por lo que estaba pasando, nos quedamos un tiempo sin hacer nada pero no hay respuesta del dueño ya que se había vuelto a marchar sin ofrecernos el desayuno. A parte de esto, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, baños sucios y sin pestillo, solo en la zona de la ducha. No había gel/champú e incluso papel higiénico. Las fotos que habíamos visto diferían bastante de lo original, un desastre. NO RECOMENDABLE CALIDAD-PRECIO

- The bathroom was dirty and smelled. The toilet looked very dirty. Everything was old and run down. The parking was difficult and tight.

- При пристигането си чакахме някой да дойде да ни настани близо час. Бяхме резервирали две стаи за по 6 човека, но на място се оказа че получаваме една четворка стая и 3 легла в обща спалня. Липсваха седалки на тоалетните и бяха ужасно мръсни. От едното легло беше взет чаршафа от друг ползвател на стаята и отказаха да ни дадат чаршафи. Двуетажното легло в четворната стая се клатеше ужасно и за да се качи някой и да не падне трябваше да се държи. Другото легло беше само метална рамка, която отдолу имаше две счупени дъски и няколко малки дъски с цитатчета, които дъски се сриваха при всяко мърдане и матрака пропадаше. И аз паднах вътре. Паркинга беше изключително тесен и сутринта нашата кола беше запушена от друга. Търсихме по стаите на кого е и трябваше ние да събудим човека, за да изкара колата. Имаше и дупка в стената. Не изчакахме закуската, защото просто искахме да си ходим.

- Reserve y me llegue al alojamiento. La zona ajardinada muy descuidada. El personal no contacto conmigo, le estuve llamando escribiendo mensajes y sin respuesta. Tuve que dormir en a calle, menos mal que llevaba coche y me pude quedar a dormir. No reservaré este alojamiento ni aunque me paguen.

+ Die Zimmer sind gut, es gibt viel Platz, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat viele Tipps gegeben. Die motorräder konnten im Hof sicher abgestellt werden.

+ An absolutely special place, very close to the city center, with a wonderful host.

+ Our Way Guest House is a home with a story, not just a place to sleep. Located very close to the center, yet in a very quiet residential area, it is equipped with absolutely everything you could wish for— and even things you wouldn’t expect. The host is a wonderful person who goes above and beyond to meet every guest’s needs. Go there with confidence and respect the true value of the place! Don’t focus only on the modest price, but especially on the priceless peace and generosity it offers. 🙏♥️

+ Sehr billig und recht bequeme betten

- Leider sind die Sanitäranlagen sehr heruntergekommen und die Küche ist kaum brauchbar und eher weniger hygienisch

+ Very recommendable! It was a pleasant stay, very good price (we stayed for 12,60€ per night in a private room) with included breakfast (with for example fresh cooked eggs), location is great and the accommodations are designed lovely, there is a garden to spend time too. The owner is ready to help you with everything you need!

- Shower has very little water flow and about the check out time, it says from 7am to 10am but when we want to check out at 8, the door was locked and we waited for 1 hour at the kitchen, no heater it was freezing cold.

+ La ubicación, el precio, tener desayuno y poder dejar el equipaje

- El hotel olía fatal, a tabaco y a cerrado. El agua caliente no funcionó, el baño estaba sucio y el wc ya ni te cuento. Hace falta una limpieza profunda a todo el alojamiento. Hacía frío en la habitación pero nos dio un calefactor y algo mejor (nos ofreció chaquetas, chaquetones que tenía en un mueble, algo bastante raro) Cuando llegamos, no había nadie en recepción, tocamos al típico timbre, dos veces, y al rato salió diciendo que hay que tocar a dicho aparato que ya habíamos usado. El hombre hablaba poco y no era especialmente amable. Le dijimos que no había agua caliente pero es que tampoco había ni agua (por momentos y horas) en el wc superior y no nos dio ninguna solución.

- El personal es desagradable
