We booked a room in the centre of Hanoi next to the lake. When we came to check in we were informed that our room was “under renovation” and put in a taxi and moved to a room 25 minutes outside of central Hanoi. We were charged the same price for the room. I would’ve argued this at the time but I needed the private room for an online interview. Avoid !!
Das Hostel sah auf den Bildern bei weitem besser aus als die Kammer, die wir bekommen haben. Wir hatten ein privates Einzelzimmer gebucht, in dem wir Schimmel hatten, total dünne und harte Matratzen und die Tür war total dünn und hätte ganz leicht aufgebrochen werden können. Wenn wir unsere Schiebetür geöffnet haben, standen wir direkt im Bad, welches auch nicht sonderlich sauber auf uns wirkte. Der Preis war absolut nicht für den Zustand gerechtfertigt, würde dort nicht nochmal übe...
The hostel looked far better on the pictures than the room we got. we had booked a private single room where we had mold, totally thin and hard mattresses and the door was totally thin and could have been broken open very easily. when we opened our slide door, we were standing right in the bathroom, which didn't look particularly clean to us either. the price was absolutely not justified for the condition, wouldn't stay there again.
The location was the only good thing about this place. Booked a private room for myself and a buddy and upon arrival at 2pm we had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to bring the key to the room. The room was two bunk beds which was fine except the mattress might as well have been a concrete slab with no cushion for comfort. The blankets were tiny and didn’t even fit the bed either. The bathroom on our floor was always soaking wet and wasn’t maintained. We had to get TP from the front 4 time...
Hostel très étriqué et pas très propre. Le lit est très dur et fin. Ils n’avaient pas la monnaie lorsque je suis venu check in et je devais partir tôt le lendemain matin (personne a l’accueil à 7h du matin alors qu’on m’avait dit qu’il y aurait quelqu’un) je n’ai jamais eu le change que je devais avoir (190 000 Dong) Je ne recommande pas
The bed is very hard and thin. They didn't have the change when I came to check in and I had to leave early the next morning (no one at the reception at 7am when they told me there would be someone) I never got the change I needed (190 000 Dong) I don't recommend it.
C’est pratique pour une nuit mais il y a des cafards et c’est pas hyper propre
It's convenient for a night but there are cockroaches and it's not hyper clean.
