Palazzo Sant Ursula

I knew this room/place would be old, but thought old and quirky. But it was just old and dirty. Firstly the open windows wouldn't close, the door handle was falling off and locking the door took about 5/10 minutes. The bedding was lumpy & dirty. I tried to see which bed was less so, but when checking them out I found live bed bugs. I arrived at 12:30am and left at 01:00am. Edited to add: Whilst I wouldn't stay here under these circumstances, the hosts are very responsive and communication is very open. They have been very kind going out of their way to return something of value I forgot in my very short time there.
