Abbiamo esposto alla reception una lamentela in merito alla camera e ci è stato risposto che quella era la camera prenotata e dovevamo tenercela (mia cognata era con noi e allo stesso prezzo aveva una camera doppia). Avevamo sotto alla finestra l’angolo fumatori e non potevamo tenere le finestre aperte (di notte con due bambini senza aria condizionata e finestra chiusa). Ci volevano far pagare due muffin che mia figlia aveva preso per colazione ma poi non ha mangiato.
We submitted a complaint to the reception about the camera and were told that it was the room we had booked and we had to keep it (my sister-in-law was with us and had a double room at the same price). we had a smoking corner under the window and we couldn't keep the window open (at night with two children without air conditioning and the window closed). they wanted us to pay for two muffins that my daughter had taken for breakfast but then didn't eat.
Wir hatten eine Twin private ensuite gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hostel ist sauber und das Frühstück ist sogar mit inbegriffen. Dieses war übrigens sehr gut und auch für mich als Veganerin war was dabei. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Man muss vom Hostel aus 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof laufen. Ansonsten kann man aber auch den Bus nehmen. Das Hostel war für mich relativ teuer, aber wahrscheinlich weil ich aus anderen Ländern günstigeres gewohnt bin. Aber wirklich top Service und gern wieder...
We had booked a Twin private ensuite and were very satisfied. The hostel is clean and breakfast is even included. This was very good by the way and also for me as a Vegan was included. The location was in order. You have to walk from the hostel to the train station in 20 minutes. Otherwise you can also take the bus. The hostel was relatively cheap for me, but probably because I am used to cheaper from other countries. But really top service and gern wieder!
Alles einwandfrei. Kann nur empfehlen. Kommen für sicher noch zerug.
