- THE VOLUNTEERS THERE ARE RUDE & OUT OF 8 DAYS THE KITCHEN ONLY OPENED EARLY WHEN THE COMIC CON STARTED AS THEY WERE TREATED TOTALLY DIFFERENT.! THE PLACE IS AN ELECTRICAL FIRE HAZARD & HAS SEVERAL CODE VIOLATIONS ! I HAD TO REPORT THEM AS I BROUGHT IT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER S ATTENTION & SHE DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN ! I CALLED CODE ENFORCEMENT BECAUSE THERE'S SEVERAL DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL VIOLATIONS THERE.!

- Nous avions loué une chambre en dortoir pour 4. En arrivant là bas nous étions dans un dortoir pour 6. L'endroit était insalubre, il y avait des déchets dans mon lit. La réceptionniste refusait de me laisser parler au gérant pour régler la situation.

- Les équipements, les chambres mal faites, le petit déjeuner il est inmangable

- I did not complete my stay as I do not enjoy sleeping in extreme temperatures. The information said nothing about the lack of AC or that the windows would have to be open, even on a night that's would be 50°.

- Hi, Dear Mr/Madam, I booked this property for my son, whose ID was stolen with money and phone altogether. Booking was confirmed. But, sadly, the front desk person, instead of hospitality, won't let my son stay in an already booked room because he "didn't have a physical ID. Yes , it was stolen! But reservation paid by me - his father - and could email, text the copy of his ID, or confirm his identity by phone. And I booked this hostel a prior night - there were no problems... What is it??? Election day??? We all wish they better check ID during the voting process, right? What happened is wrongful. My son spent night outside, like a homeless person. It is not just inhumane - it is a crime!!! I am extremely upset, same as my sons mother. Following the day, I and my son's mother talked to the manager of the hostel, Maria, asking to accept overnight FEDEX/UPS/USPS with the original ID of our son. No help there, again. This complaint is not just about a refund. Please put yourself in that horrible position. We intended to talk to the attorney and take legal action. I believe it will help multiple people in that devastating situation. Regards, Yury Esperson

+ Always have a pleasant stay here. Wonderful staff. Clean, comfortable. Fun activities, including karaoke 🎤 Charming place.

+ Es un lugar bastante céntrico y cómodo

+ Location

- I was asked to change my room after a night hence had to check out and check in again. Then they gave me the worst bed with the worst room (street side). After multiple requests, and despite having a bed available, they did not move me to another room. They expect others to be flexible and however have no consideration for others, and are not willing to be flexible.

+ L emplacement si on a pas de voiture tres central et animé.

- Pas de place dans leur parking payant donc galère pour en trouver un autre car le week-end beaucoup sont plein en plus 30 dollars par jour ! La chambre pas confortable et froide heureusement j ai eu droit à une 2eme couverture. Petit déjeuner soit disant inclus, pas de pain ni beurre ni confiture juste café thé céréales et morceaux d orange, basta.....j attends toujours le remboursement de ma 2ème nuitée.
