- There was a dead cockroach inside the room

+ Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid

- The area is like factory area with lots of foreign workers. Entrance to the hotel is small and creepy. Room is totally different from the photo shown. Gave me two recycle bags with towels and TV remote control, on top of my own luggages upon check in. Water pressure in the toilet is pathetic. No TV in the room even though I was given the TV remote control!

- It was horrible. The room wasn’t clean – smelly and dusty, with a musty odor as if it hadn’t been occupied for a long time. The hotel area was crowded with foreign workers, and the whole surroundings seemed dominated by that community. Definitely NOT recommended for solo female travelers.

+ The location was conveniently located next to Sunway Lagoon Hotel and the Mall. Lots of eateries and shopsnear the hotel.

- Staff didn't even greet when I went to check in, she was busy doing something and I waited more than 5 minutes before she attended to me, she could have said hi and tell me she will be with me shortly. She didn't even acknowledge the guest. There were four of us. I booked 2 rooms in March 2025 for 4 people to stay together, I was given 2 rooms in 2 separate buildings. I booked one room with windows and was given a room with a small window above the bed, to access it, you have to climb on the bed and the room was very small to stay for 3 nights n 4 days I went back to the reception to change the rooms so my friends and I could stay together. And asked for a room which was little different layout n little bigger. ..They gave us 2 rooms in the same building and floor and was given the same small room with the window above the bed on a different level. And I had to go back to the reception to change my room again. Bedsheets were dirty, no supply of enough toilet paper for a 4 night stay. No AC remote, you have to climb on the bed to turn it on or off or adjust the settings. Had to turn off AC in the middle of the night as there was noisy tattling noise from it. Hung make up room sign and room was not cleaned, when asked the reception, she said I had to give the keys at the reception and inform them I needed room service. No instructions on this were given when I checked in. A mirror is very important for a business woman and there were no light where the mirror and dresser was. It was so dark to do my make up and it was so inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror.. Sink was clogged and told the reception on the first morning and no one came to repair it till I checked out on Sunday Won't recommend Sun Inns to anyone or stay at their hotel. Very very disappointing.

+ Terrible place

- My son stayed with his friends and noted in the booking. Aircon broken. I try contacting the hotel multiple times when they marked my booking as Cancelled even after checking out and payments made.

+ It is close to my school

- It was dirty, the light went out. The elevators was bad.

- Dirty and very dusty...the air con not working in our room and the second room the air con was leaking water. All the pillows were dirty, stained, and full of mould..TV only 8 channels in Malay..Very noisy. Windows had now proper security, so I would not recommend this hotel if you have small children as they can easily open the windows and fall out. The door can be opened by a small child at the right height. This hotel needs renovations, and it was not how it looked in the photos...

+ toilet was very dirty and smelly.the floor was slippery I waa booking a Queen bed but they give me towin bed. .
