+ Niente in assoluto

- Tutto. La posizione molto distante, la struttura invivibile, le camere arrangiate, il bagno meglio dimenticarsi ........ C'è da ristrutturare interamente dall'esterno all'interno.

- Je suis déçu, la chambre que j'avais réservée pour mon mari en escale à Milan n'était pas à la hauteur de ses attentes pour se reposer. À cause des insectes dans le maltât, il n'a pas réussi à dormir. C’est très grave !!

- Gör inte samma misstag som jag. Tyvärr är hotellet väldigt dåligt. Mycket störande ljud på morgonen från städning och maskiner. Städpersonalen börjar redan klockan sju, och jag blev väckt i förtid för utcheckning trots att den var klockan elva. Om man vill sova på hotell är detta inte rätt val.

- Stuff made me pay twice, once when i booked it online and once when we actually get there the man was very sarcastic when i told him i just had left the money i payed and used to spend it on my last day-when i get to there. he vas aggressive and told me i should refund it but there is still nothing on my card. btw hotel is very bad hard to sleep there.

- L'amhiente generale, la pulizia, il letto con le cerate sui materassi , il riscaldamento freddo, in particolare nel bagno freddo e umidità...

- Standard był dużo niższy niż w opisie i na zdjęciach

+ Guy who worked there was really nice and friendly! He gave us all needed information. Thanks for that! Hotel was really clean.

- Smell in the room was interesting. Good that we had room with balcony, so we could let in fresh air.

- C'erano le formiche nella stanza

+ La ubicación a 10 minutos de la estación central es perfecta, cerca de estaciones del metro, todo genial y la atención al llegar fue increíble,

- Hace falta un refrigerador, de resto todo perfecto

- La situation de l’hôtel. C’est assez bruyant (circulation de la rue).

- Excessivement cher pour un 2 étoiles

+ Muito boa localização. Pratico para os passeios que programamos.

- Limpeza. O recepcionista Zayd foi muito acolhedor.

- Sin escaleras, pedi anular con antelacion 1 noche varias veces, no me contestaron y me cobraron la noche igualmente

+ Personale davvero molto accogliente ed estremamente educato

- La doccia era otturata. L'acqua non scendeva bene e si accumulava nel piatto doccia.

+ Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си. Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив – посрещнаха ни топло и ни помогнаха с багажа до стаята. По време на целия ни престой стаята се почистваше ежедневно, което допринесе за комфорта ни. Служителите на рецепцията ни оказаха съдействие с полезни насоки за града – препоръчаха ни места за посещение и заведения, което направи преживяването ни още по-приятно. Много ни хареса и наличието на кухненски кът, който можехме да използваме за кафе или бързо хапване. Локацията на хотела е отлична – в близост до метро спирка, голям хранителен магазин и гарата, което прави придвижването изключително удобно. Със сигурност бихме отседнали отново и препоръчваме мястото.

+ Muy buena estancia en un hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca del metro, lo que posibilita conocer en poco tiempo los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. Destacaría la amabilidad del personal en recepción.
