I paid a fee for the room, then when I arrived nobody was there. I tried to contact them nobody answered cause was self checkout. So I went to another hotel for the night but still paied the room at this place. Had to complain with Hostelworld and the "hotel" .
Echt verschrikkelijk. Kamer was veel te klein voor 4 personen en niet goed schoongemaakt en slecht onderhouden. De scheuren zaten in het plafond en er lagen nog haren in het bed en in de douche.

+ Puikus apgyvendinimas pačiame Milano centre – likome sužavėti nuo pirmos iki paskutinės viešnagės minutės. Vieta tiesiog tobula: visos pagrindinės lankytinos vietos, restoranai, kavinės ir parduotuvės pasiekiamos pėsčiomis. Apartamentai buvo labai tvarkingi, jaukūs ir moderniai įrengti. Ypač patiko dėmesys detalėms, radome viską, ko tik gali prireikti. Asistentas Davide buvo labai malonus ir paslaugus, greitai atsakė į visus klausimus, kasdien pasiteiraudavo, ar nieko netrūksta. Atvykimas ir išvykimas buvo labai paprasti ir sklandūs. Tikrai rekomenduojame šią vietą visiems, ieškantiems patogaus, gražaus ir strategiškai puikioje vietoje esančio apgyvendinimo Milane. Kitą kartą atvykę į Milaną, būtinai apsistosime čia dar kartą.
+ O apartamento é novo, bem decorado e com todas as comodidades. Casa de banho em separado. Apenas se quiser cozinhar, é mais limitado. Localização espetacular para quem quiser estar no centro de Milão. Cama bastante confortável.
- Gostei de tudo, apenas se alguém for especificamente para descansar, poderão haver alguns ruídos ocasionais.
+ Die Lage des Appartments ist wirklich genial. Ein paar Schritte und man ist beim Duomo. Mitten in einer Einkaufsstrasse gelegen gibt es für Shoppingfans einiges zu sehen. Aktuell (Frühling 2026) wird die Tramstrecke vor dem Gebäude saniert, was nicht störend gewirkt hat.
+ A member of the hotel staff was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us our room, explaining the facilities and everything we needed to know. They contacted us every day to make sure everything was fine and to check if we needed anything. Big room, clean, in the city centre, few steps away from Duomo.

Vieta tiesiog tobula: visos pagrindinės lankytinos vietos, restoranai, kavinės ir parduotuvės pasiekiamos pėsčiomis. Apartamentai buvo labai tvarkingi, jaukūs ir moderniai įrengti.
