Insalubre. Bichos correteando en las camas. Baños en malas condiciones. Encontré chinches caminando sobre la cortina de la litera la segunda noche. Llevé uno al recepcionista y le tomo foto y tomó nota, me dijo que nunca habían tenido casos, pero hay reseñas de otros usuarios reportando el problema de los bichos. Es un asqueroso lugar. Me mantuvieron en la habitación infestada durante varios días a pesar de ello. Tuve problemas en la piel y aun siguen tras dejar hoy el lugar. Otro día llegué por la noche y habían desmantelado toda la habitación, tirado mis cosas al suelo, extraviado otras y mezclado mi ropa sucia con la limpia y sin avisar. Me asignaron otra cama y al entrar veo que estaba ocupada por otra persona. Durante una semana no han repuesto jabón en los baños. El desayuno es igual todos los días, repetitivo y a base de dulces. La simpatía es más bien hipocresía cuando no responden a demandas de lo más básicas

BED BUGS! Read some reviews stating they had bed bugs but hotel said they'd cleaned and dealt with issues. Our group still got bitten by bed bugs. Also took forever for them to respond to the complaint and only offered 50%refund for the first night.

Beaucoup d’autres signalements ont été fait ces derniers mois, c’est déplorable, cet établissement doit fermer !

Bed bugs in this entire hostel. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night, at 2am. Most of the rooms were taped up due to bed bug infestation. It was such a stressful experience. All our luggage had to be fumigated. We spent the rest of our vacation worried about bed bugs in our luggage and it spreading to our other travellers. This place should be shut down and the bed bugs properly dealt with, otherwise they will keep spreading and coming back. On top of this the location is at a top of a hill and very far away from anything relevant in Rome. I cannot recommend staying here at all. Please be careful, bed bugs are not a joke.

Stayed here during one of my travel trips and was immediately bitten by bed bugs the first night. I didn’t realize until the next day when rashes started to appear all over my face and body. When I talked to the person in the front they told me that they have been dealing with bed bugs for months. Although they did move us to another room, I just felt so disgusted regardless and was paranoid for the entire night that I’d wake up to even more bites. Also this place was just not it. There were large groups that were loud, a bunch of people always in the bathrooms taking up the showers and sinks. The shower doors literally had huge gaps on them so everyone could see you naked if they looked. The water was often cold because of everyone showering. Also the breakfast here was not good at all, don’t even bother getting it unless you have to. There were flies around the sweets, stale bread, and juice from a machine that tasted like water. Also not to mention but this place is not at all centric. It’s actually kind of far from everything.

BED BUGS - Two rooms had to sleep on the conference room floor because they found bedbugs in their rooms. There is also no hot water in the showers (freezing cold) and no curtains on the beds. Air conditioning was also broken.

This hostel has bed bugs. Try to find other accommodations in Rome. My son stayed there one night, was told they had bed bugs(by the staff) and left the place.

There were multiple cases of bed bugs despite their reassurance that the rooms had been cleaned. We were moved rooms once then in our second room we woke up to even more on us at 1:30am. We weren’t given any options other than to sleep on a concrete floor. They wouldn’t help in finding alternate accommodation. Plus there’s no hot water.

I am begging you not to stay at this hostel. Stop reading, stop debating, and if someone else booked this for you and you’re curious what you’re getting, start looking around for something else. We had this location booked by a group tour we were on and I’m still extremely upset about it. The other reviews are true, there are COUNTLESS BED BUGS. This should be enough to make you not want to stay here as you do not mess around with bed bugs. Everyone in our group either saw the bed bugs clear as day or had bites from them. You do not want to interrupt your trip trying to figure out how to do laundry properly to get rid of bed bugs. It ruins everything. The staff do not even care remotely about this situation. As others have said, they will gaslight you, they will pretend they’ve gotten every room treated, and then you will get there and you will still experience bed bugs. They need to shut the place down to deal with this as you don’t just handle bed bugs slowly and in bits. I desperately looked for 7 hours for another place to stay once I discovered the bed bugs, but we had the unfortunate situation of being in Rome on a national holiday. There were legitimately no hotels with any rooms available. Being forced to sleep in this hostel was the worst experience of my life. Knowing there are bed bugs around you and being forced to sleep there is not something I would wish on anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE - IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Until they tell you they’ve removed all mattresses from this place and replaced them all with brand new shiny bed bug free ones…I would avoid. Bed bugs are hard to get rid of, I think the rooms were treated just not well enough because we didn’t find any fully grown bugs - we found the tiny ones which means eggs were left over. They compensate me for the multiple loads of high heat drying I had to do to my clothes but I’m still traumatized.

Ich war dort und es gab bettwanzen die haben nicht nur wenig gebissen aber der Rest war komplett schön das Frühstück ist lecker sie kümmerten sich als wir gingen um.die bedwanzen Ich kannn es sehr empfehlen

Nous nous sommes rendus à cet hôtel pour y passer la semaine. L'hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné était une expérience désastreuse. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par des punaises de lit dans ma chambre, ce qui a complètement gâché mon séjour. Le service était loin d'être accueillant, et une fois qu'ils nous ont pris en charge, ils semblaient se désintéresser totalement de notre bien-être. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était franchement décevant, avec des plats de qualité médiocre. Dans l'ensemble, je ne recommanderais cet hôtel à personne !!!

The location right by Tiburtina was fantastic, but if you are staying here in the immediate future (like from today to six months after this review) DO NOT COME. There were bedbugs. My friend was bitten to high heaven. The staff were extremely relaxed about this and just offered us another room in this infested hostel instead of fumigating. Without fumigating they will just spread!!!! DO. NOT. GO.

Le doy 5 estrellas, ya que la atención por parte de la recepción fue excelente. Cené en el bar de hostel y la encargada es muy amable. La pizza estuvo excelente. Los baños muy higiénicos. Lo único que tengo que criticar es la habitación, en mi caso en la cama había chinches y pulgas. Me produjeron urticarias en varias partes del cuerpo y la verdad estaba lamentado por lo que me sucedió. Creo que la solución sería teniendo más énfasis en las habitaciones. Otro punto a favor, cerca de la estación de trenes y buses.

The hotel was really ugly on the outside and i already had a bad feeling, just the thought off sharing a bathroom is not very comfortable but it wasn’t that bad just to find out the sheets and mattresses in the rooms had fully grown bedbugs. I don’t want to stay here i have no choice and i really can’t sleep anymore. BEWARE OF BEDBUGS

There are allot of bed bugs found multiple full grown ones before we even got a nights of sleep when we told the person working this he didn't care at first afterwards he gave us new sheets which did not fix the issue didn't experience any other service and except for that there are shared bathrooms which is also not nice at all

ATTENTION PUNAISES DE LIT!!!!!!! Nous avons rencontré ce problème dans plusieurs chambres, le personnel ne semblait absolument pas étonné mais ne comptait pas pour autant en faire plus que de nous déplacer dans une autre chambre également infesté. Sans oublier le MATELAS MOISI qui a causé des plaques sur la peau. Ils nous ont donc proposé de dormir parterre sur des matelas également infectés. Petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel non plus. Vraiment déçue de cet hôtel…

Eigentlich eine wirklich schöne Herberge, aber mit einem Bettwanzenproblem und nach meinem Eindruck ohne professionellen Protokoll zum Umgang damit. Als unsere Gruppe, den Befall bemerkte, wurden die betroffenen Personen mitten in der Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer gebracht. Die Betten wurden zwar gereinigt, aber die privaten Gegenstände einfach ohne Plastikverpackung ins andere Zimmer gebracht. So breiten sich die Viecher natürlich gerne im Haus aus. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Protokoll zu Bekämpfung musste man erst Management fragen, keine Tiefkühltruhe, kein Angebot das Gepäck mit Chemikalien zu behandeln. Stattdessen sollte man alles selber in einem Laundromat waschen, dass dies nicht bei allen Kleidungsstücken und Gegenständen (Rucksäcke etc.) Möglich ist, war egal.

We spent three nights there. The place wasn’t clean, and it started to smell after the first night. Mosquitoes or bed bugs bit my feet and legs. The bed sheets weren’t changed for two nights, and there were no curtains along beds. Overall, I didn’t like the place, and I might have gotten a skin infection.

There were bed bugs, rooms not clean

As much as I wanna say it wasn't that bad, because it has lovely staff. I cannot. BEDBUGS. I stayed here two nights. So first day I checked into first dorm. The place looks clean and tidy, they are well organised. It was at night I started noticing those tiny bugs crawling on my bed. I informed the staff, they immediately shifted me to different room. What I didn't like about it is, the first dorm was infested with bugs, but they didn't do anything about it, didn't even change the bed, it was just there. The next morning, I saw another girl from my first room being shifted because she found bugs on her bed as well. (Isn't it obvious? she was in same room). Then the second dorm, I was alone and trying to sleep, damn, they were there again. I tried to check all 4 beds to see if I can get some luck with sleep, but all 4 of them had bugs. I informed the staff, they told me they will shift me again. But what are the chances other rooms don't have them? Also, I was leaving the next day morning, so wasn't really keen on shifting in the midnight. So, I just slept on the floor with a blanket. I knew bugs stay away with ac fan on, so they cant trace you, so just tried that. The staff was really sad that they couldn't shift me and I was sleeping on the floor, but it was okay. Less scary when you are away from beds. But I can tell the whole hostel is more or less infested, because those little things get everywhere quite fast. I hope the staff really keeps a check on it and gets rid of it. Good things? Great breakfast spread, loved it both days. Location is good, closer to train and metro station and also many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff is kind, helpful and professional. Bad things? BEDBUGS, they can ruin your holiday.
