The bed had no upper sheet, just a bedcover which was in direct contact with the skin. I found bed bugs and asked the reception to change bed. The room and restroom were pretty clean and the room had a/c.

The rooms were dirty and damn there were bedbugs in the rooms. That's why my 3 day vacation was definitely s***

The bathroom literally smells so bad! My bed had dead bugs squished all over the walls and mattress BED BUGS , MOSQUITOS Waking up at 4am because a mosquito is flying by my ear and all I hear was buzzing, I woke up with 50 bites and have red marks all over my body. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE Pay more money and stay somewhere else I promise you’ll be happier. The wifi does not work at all. You don’t receive any cell signal inside either. Basically all you get is the bed 2/10

The hotel was okay… I had Wi-Fi in our room but there was no service at all in the building. No common area, our toilet was okay and didn’t smell but omg they have bedbugs !! I and everyone else in my room got bitten so many times, you will be scratching for days once you leave this place

Stay away from this place. It was impossible to find first of all and the receptionist mocked us for not finding it without any signage whatsoever. On top of that the room was gross and hot and the window was right next to the loudest street in the area. The shower was cramped, the bathroom was disgusting, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and we realized that the beds had bed bugs after we left. So yeah. Would not recommend, you get a bed and a gross one at that.

Esta horrible. De verdad es una cochinada de lugar. Por fuera y dentro es horrible. Hay chinches (insectos) en las camas. Te suben la tarifa al final que según por impuestos y no coincide con las tarifas de hostelworld. El internet falla. Sábanas sucias. No porque sea barato, significa que debe estar sucio, con insectos en la cama y con todo cochino. Busquen otro lugar, aunque paguen más, no vale la pena dormir en un lugar tan feo y sucio. Es antihigienico.

Don’t stay here if you want a bed free of bed bugs and polite staff.

I've never been one to write a less than 4 star review, but people need to be aware. The other reviews are right in that you're sleeping on a pull-out couch that slants you to the middle, the "comforter" is an old curtain and I found a bug in the bed that resembled a bed bug after further internet consultation. I tried to look past it but after reading other reviews who had similar remarks, it had to have been a bed bug... The workers let you store your luggage for free if you arrive early and are kind with check-in / check-out. Location is one minute from the giant train station so is how I arrived rating. Although it was affordable, don't stay here. Oh and shower didn't work. Barely drizzled and the water was freezing.

This was pretty gross but it was more comfortable than sleeping on the street for the night while we waited for our bus to the airport. We felt the need to check for bedbugs and were surprised to not find any. The shower didn’t work and there was hair all over the floor. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. But my friend who is 5 foot and 100 pounds thought she was gunna break the bunk bed.

Do not stay here - it will be worth it to just pay a little bit more. The room was bed bug infested and at night the area, including right outside becomes incredibly unsafe and dangerous. I heard a female traveler screaming out the front who was assaulted. The private double room was just a 4 bedroom dorm with two very unsafe bunks. No wi-fi supplied, no towels and no air-con, the windows didn’t close so that you could hear all the bottle breaking, yelling and fighting outside.

BE AWARE OF BEDBUGS! The sheet was dirty and there was no top sheet and when I asked for new ones the staff was rude he kept saying “it was impossible”. The internet is only available in a room which when I ask the staff about the wi-Fi not working they didn’t tell me for 2 days, I had to find it out from another guest who told me where it was. The location was great but it was not worth the week of itching sores that I got from the bedbugs!

Beds filled with bed bugs, the owner has zero respect and walks in the room without knocking the door first, the room can not be locked from inside, a room with 8 beds has only one toilet and one shower, the room had air conditioner which didn't work etc. I could go on forever but here's a short summary: stay away from this place!

If you enjoy bed bugs, bad service, fire alarms in the middle of the night and generally terrible sleeping conditions, then this hostel is definitely for you! Great place, will never come back here!
