Mickitos Urban Hostel

It started well until there were bedbugs on a friend's bed right next to ours, where he got bitten. They only offered him a different bed, not a different room, despite a whole room being available. They wouldn't let him have it, just so they wouldn't have to clean it up the next day because another group was coming. Anyway, the coffee is very good, and the croissants too. I prefer the croissants from this café to those in France.

The only good thing about this hostel is the location. There was mold above my bed and the shower leaked everywhere, There were bed bugs in the bed of my friends we realised the morning after and we went to told the reception … they told us it was impossible but we had photo proofs ( the picture of under the bed with means they have been there long enough, we didnt bring them), they told us there was not any other rooms available and we realised it was a lie when we tried to book another Hostel on booking.com My friend confronted them about the fact there was a whole other dorm untouched and they told us that a group was coming the Day after and they didnt want to clean it after us, Anyways unprofessional and overall moldy. But hey location was great And dont bother respond to my review you didnt want to answer us truthfully when we were there.

The hostel its self is pretty good. There were bedbugs in some of the beds but they were quick to deal with the issue when it was reported. The trips they offer are amazing, definitely worth visiting Kosovo and the Canyon

No staff available if you have any issues during the night. Pretty sure there are bed bugs woke up covered in bites, couldn’t find any bugs thought.
