Pretty terrible overall! We had to wait over 40 minutes for their driver late at night and then the staff was arguing and on their phones all throughout check in which also took over 30 minutes of us awkwardly standing there. The room had dirt/hair in the beds. We told the staff we had to check out early, to which they said no problem & that we could just drop off the key. BAD experience! I booked window balcony room as picture shows but when I came I was changed into another ‘upgraded’ room without balcony no window either ! Do I need such ‘upgrade’? They sold my room at higher price to other people! Very DISHONEST!

I am not a person who love to write bad reviews, but i had the worst experience in Australian hostel. I did the booking for two nights in hostel world and reached early morning. Check-in time is afternoon so i did the payment for two nights and went out to see things around. I told him i will come later around afternoon. I came back at night around 7pm and the guy in the reception said there is no place for me to stay. Less available words here so i am writing the rest in google reviews.

The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were nice, but the sheets and bedding was disgusting. Dirt and toe nail clippings were on my bed when I got there, so I’m assuming they didn’t even bother changing the sheets until I pointed that out.

Love this hostel. Super clean rooms. and friendly staff. Good breakfast Big thanks to Ramy and Kiro for helping me multiple times. Good location downtown near subway stops. I always come here when visiting Cairo.

one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Booked for three nights and checked out after a few hours. a lift that was barely working, missing a door and was a real health hazard. Checked in only accept cash, but not coins so my figure had to be rounded up. wouldn’t give me change? No where to store your belonging and when asked I was told I could leave this behind reception. bedding very old. there were so many mosquitoes in the room. woken up every 20mins by mosquitoes I left after 6 hou...

I made a reservation right away, falling in love with the photos and reviews, and the misfortune began. I turned a blind eye to all facilities and two nights passed when I wanted to cut my finger. It was a private room

Location of reception is to watch guests and everything they’re doing , not good attitudes complain if there is the tiniest scratch on a dollar bill. No recommendations for anything. Just watching

Is zeker een aanrader ben hier nu voor de 2e keer. Een leuk hostel gezellig personeel die af en toe een grapje met je maken. Is helemaal niet duur, hygiëne is goed. And the man hazim achter balie maakt vooral grappen.

I truly loved this hostel!!! The staff was amazing. I arrived late from the airport. And they still were able to get me a ride at 1 am. I then slept in past the check out time on accident and they were very kind and still made me breakfast I was amazed! And met an amazing traveler . Was a great place to connect and meet new people. The staff seif was funny and kind . If you see him tell him he needs to travel too(; Place was well upkept . Fun hang out area. I would definitely book again(:

So accommodating and flexible. We overslept for the Pyramid/GEM Museum tour we booked with them but they bent over backwards so we could still go and have breakfast. Tour great price & tourguide Dina is amazing. We're booking again in 5 days on our way back home also.

Me hospedé con mis padres, el lugar es accesible para llegar en taxi, solo tener en cuenta que es al costado del Strella Coffee. La habitación cumplía con lo descrito y publicado, era espaciosa y limpia. El personal amable y muy atento hasta el final, es una amabilidad muy educada que en todo momento nos hacía sentir a gusto, sobre todo con personas mayores que no dominan el idioma. El desayuno es ideal, lo que se agradece ya que usualmente los hostels no lo dan. Volveríamos a quedarnos.

Lovely staff, awesome breakfast and perfect location. Just the WiFi isn’t sufficient but that’s not too important.

A great hostel. Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, and a good location. This place is deservedly highly rated.

Very clean. Staff was very nice. Couldn’t initially find the place. Location is center of city. The sheets were clean but they were so itchy due to being old and not soft. The sheets were white and clean but the cotton was breaking down making the sheets hard and itchy against the skin.

It was a pleasant stay Staff was nice and breakfast was awesome specially that black coffee Seif was an amazing host who lets me know some amazing local vegetarian food

Bonne ambiance, super agréables chambres propre, quartier bien situer je vous recommande de vous balader autour et de vous imprégner de l'ambaince du Caire surtout la nuit. Et gros big à Mahmoud The GOAT.

Great stay in a central position! Breakfast is great and you can meet great people here too! Can’t wait to be back!

Todo de 10, perfecta ubicación!

The hostel is in Downtown Cairo. I had a private room, which was quite big with balcony. The stuff was very friendly, they helped me booking a bus ticket to Alexandria as it did not work on the GoBus Website. Overall I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay.

Mahmoud is the best
