Pros: (1) air con and location are amazing.Cons: (1). I was trapped in the elevator after it broke due to a sketchy elevator.(2) Spotty to no internet. (3) Lackluster tour information by staff. Miscommunication by night and day staff caused a massive fumble in plans. I in turn cancelled all tours bought and requested a refund. Owner did follow up to apologize for their mistake, refunded my purchase and comped me some nights in the hostel.
The Nile cruise bought at the hostel was horrible!At the cruise it was a guide assigned to all other people who purchased the tour at some agency. Because we didn’t, at every stop we had a new guide. At Kom Ombo the guide didn’t show up, when we arrived to Luxor 3rd day before 4pm we’ve been texted it’s too late and nothing was organised for us while the rest of people had normal tour. The next day the driver disappeared while we were in Karnak and we didn’t see Luxor temple because of...
La entrada al edificio donde se encuentra el Hostel es tétrica. Pero sinceramente no tienen nada q ver con el Hostel. Es muy lindo, limpio, está hecho a nuevo. Tiene una muy buena ubicación. Yo llegué tarde y bajé a comer algo y estaba todo abierto. Muy céntrico. El personal súper amable
The entrance to the building where the Hostel is located is a bit of a mess. but honestly they have nothing to do with the Hostel. it's very nice, clean, it's newly built. it has a very good location. i arrived late and went down to eat something and everything was open. very central. the staff is super friendly

A very clean andilluminated hostel. It's located on the top two floors of an old building. The building itself is quite dirty, but the hostel is amazingly well maintained.

Very clean en nice hostel, superb location. However, they charge the website commission to the clients, whereas they are the beneficiary of the platform.

I have been travelling for 5 years and this hostel impressed me. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great for co-working. Staff are chill and the breakfast is delicious.
I will come back for sure. Very safe ,feel like family. Very good 💯 and friendly staff. Clean ,nice bed .... everything so nice.thanks a lot for everyone for everything. Solo traveler.

Fantastic hostel! The staff is lovely and super helpful. The place is spotless clean, good breakfast and good location. Would definitely recommend for a solo female traveller like myself. Madina, you guys were awesome!

We loved our stay here! It was clean, the room was spacious and the balcony was a plus! The location was in a central location for what we wanted to do in the area. The breakfast that was included was perfect! The staff was helpful and very friendly as well. We definitely recommend this stay! The Internet connection wasn’t the best but maybe we were not connecting correctly so it may have been our fault for not asking about it.
Great staff but the building is smelly and super old and the location ain't great.
Nice place. Super friendly and helpful staff - comfortable rooms with AC. Would recommend staying here. At least when we were there, there wasn't a ton of activity in the common spaces, so may not be best if you are looking for a social vibe.

Nice place to stay in the heart of Cairo. Some of the sights are walkable. Friendly staff, helpful, and clean. It’s has all the facilities your need for your stay.
gutes Hostel Nähe des Stadtzentrums, super freundlicher Staff und ein sehr leckeres Community Dinner mit den Leuten gehabt. Wäscheserie hat super geklappt. lediglich die duschen könnten einmal mehr gereinigt werden am Tag, aber generell sehr sauber.
Hostel gutes Close to the city center, super friendly staff and a very delicious Community Dinner with the people. laundry series has worked super. only the showers could be cleaned once more a day, but generally very clean.
Breakfast every morning was GREAT! Such nice and helpful staff and great location downtown. Be prepared to be downtown though!
I enjoyed my stay at the Hostel, clean bathrooms, breakfast was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. They also take safety concerns VERY seriously. I booked a desert tour with them and a guide/owner from a company called White desert Travels was inappropriate with me offering me a “personal” massage from him.
