1 ⭐ rating – Worst hostel ever, avoid! Room had bed bugs, we slept on towels to avoid bites. Staff entered our room telling us to leave, when it wasn’t our check out date. DIDN’T KNOCK. making us feel unsafe. Bookings weren’t recorded, charges calculated in their head, and a fire alarm went off at night with no explanation. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Stay anywhere else – this place is a disaster.
