- Wash Basin was choked . Rooms are very small.uncomfortable

+ Juste l’emplacement sinon tout était désagréable

- Une vieille dame au niveau de l’accueil a été désagréable et aussi n’est pas professionnelle. Dans la chambre de l’hôtel il tombé goûte de la climatisation et elle n’a pas voulu nous changer la chambre et m’a dit clairement qu’elle ne pouvais rien fait avec un ton désagréable comme si elle était raciste vu qu’elle accueillait les autres bien et non moi par contre

+ Very disappointing stay. No refund for unused breakfasts (due to early checkout of illness) despite being promised. Room was not clean (used wet towel in bathroom, socks under the bed), TV remote never fixed, and breakfast area was messy and cramped. Definitely not worth the price.

+ I like nothing in the property. Visuals shown on booking.com are completely deceptive. There was no internet for 3 continuous day. There were aunts in the room. I booked king size/deluxe room but they only provided single room. Please never ever book this hotel you will destroy your holidays.

Also the sinkhole was blocked for 3 days guy came at the end to fox it but then could not fix it 100%.

- Le personnel désagréable, la dame qui reçois mal les client ,

+ L'accueil en matinée, et la flexibilité et le professionnalisme du réceptionniste aussi le soir qui n'a pas hésité à être très bienveillant sur les demandes

- La télé et les options. Il faudrait envisager plutôt une vraie possibilité de se connecter avec son téléphone avec un qr code

+ Le personnel de l'hôtel.

+ La literie très propre et confortable, la chambre propre également, la SDB spacieuse.

- L'insonorisation très moyenne, on avait l'impression que le voisin prenait sa douche dans notre chambre. Il y a un ascenseur, mais les chambres sont situées entre les arrêts de ce dernier, donc il faut quand même monter des marches. Pas pratique avec les valises.

+ The Staff was very Friendly the rooms Was spacious. Metro and Tram were very Close. Good Location Bed was Comfy. The Hotel was not on Main road so less outside noise

- Could see little crumbs in Cupboard.

- Hotel très bruyant la nuit il y aurait peut-être besoin d insonoriser les chambres Rapport qualité prix le petit déjeuner est un peu léger

+ It was very confortable and we were able to leave our bags until it was time for check in and we visit the city. The breakfast was also very delicious.

+ The room was very clean and had proper amenities.

- The heating in the hotel was central, so there was no way to control the heating in our room. Some nights we had to sleep with an open window, which made a lot of noise and wind. There were no sleepers provided, and in order to iron clothes, we had to text the reception and they told us to come and get the iron ourselves. The elevator did not work very often
