Eleanna's Mykonos

Eleanna’s in Mykonos was extremely disappointing. On arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready and were sent to another hotel for the night, clearly they overbooked and were lying. We were promised an upgrade with a view as compensation, which never happened. The next day, our room was still not ready past the check in time they had given us, forcing us to get ready in a dirty room from previous guests. Disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional would not recommend.

Room was dirty—socks and a beer can under the bed, and it smelled of mildew. Host blew up my phone for over an hour accusing me of stealing a fan remote we never saw or used. They even threatened to charge us, then later admitted they found it between the shutter and window. The host was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We weren’t going to leave a review, but this treatment made it necessary. Dirty, unprofessional stay—book at your own risk and document everything.

False advertising!! Even though the booking is titled 'Eleanna's', you will most likely not be staying at the cute blue and white building shown in the pictures. The host owns several properties, and 'Eleanna's' is a hotel you have to book through their website, so you will not be staying there if you book the 'hostel' through hostel world. We actually did stay at Eleanna's for one night, but only because there was a 'booking problem' and we were told we would need to switch rooms halfway throug...

The room in which we were located had a big smell of humidity and did not look like what we had payed for in the pictures. The smell and the humidity made it uncomfortable. It was well located in Mykonos, but an uncomfortable sleep.

Assez bien situe mais bruyant le soir et la nuit. Pour la sécurité, aucune fenêtre digne de ce nom, juste de minuscule ouvertures (25cm carré) situés près du plafond !!!

The hot water was yellow everytime I tried to use it. There were also dead gnats on the sheets. Was not a terrible stay but I would recommend better.

Lo mejor del lugar es su ubicacion. Las camas y almohadas bastante incomodas, pero diferente a como se ve en las fotos. No se recibe recomendaciones de que hacer en la isla, ni como llegar en bus desde el aeropuerto (taxi es muy costoso para tan poca distancia). Pero la ubicacion como dije, es lo mejor.

Andato tutto bene. L’unica cosa è che dal lavandino usciva acqua marrone.

Overall a great place. I was a bit taken back at first with the reception area and the young girls lack of assertiveness. Moreover, I wasn’t asked for my passport. However, after that initial hurdle I loved my room and the place it was in. I’d definitely recommend and go back to.

Lovely property! Perfect location, right in town & walkable to everything. Eleanna was so helpful and went above and beyond to communicate with us. Our ferry was delayed and Eleanna had a taxi waiting for us at the port. Very safe property weather traveling with someone or traveling solo!

Me encantó, todo perfecto, muy limpio y bonito!

We had a perfect stay at Elennas.. The facilities were clean and had all the amenities we needed. She was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs. She went above and beyond to help us locate or lost luggage and plan our activities each, day I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our 6 person accommodation here! Great location a short walk from anything in town and very spacious. The staff was extremely communicative which made things super smooth too. Would love to come back!

Didn’t really interact with any of the staff in person but loved that about it! So professional and easy to talk with.

She was amazing! So helpful finding the spot and even gave us a free upgrade for the 5 of us. Extremely affordable as well. Would easily stay here again :)
