Lo mejor esta muy cerca de downtown y de lo mas turístico. Lo malo si esta sucio y por lo menos en el cuarto que me toco habia mucho polvo y poco espacio para moverse. Tambien me toco ver chinches :(. Pero si esta muy económico. El staff 2/3 podría ser mas amigable, no soy malos pero tampoco wow!

Location was exceptional. Close to acropolis, dining, metro and shopping. Was not clean. Got BED BUGS, had to change my own sheets and go to the pharmacy for meds. No shower curtains so dirty water tracked everywhere in WC and bedroom. Room was a sauna and had to ask staff to turn on AC. Great view of acropolis from rooftop. Very loud hallways. Ladders on bunk beds slippery and bed pods not designed well. If you need rest and cleanliness do not book here.

Excellent location. Close to acropolis and walking distance from metro, shops and great restaurants. I got bed bugs while staying which made the stay uncomfortable. Told staff and never received a refund. I had to change my own sheets and problem wasn’t resolved. Bathrooms have no curtains so water is tracked all over floors and rooms. Beds ok but ladders slippery. Asked workers for hand soap refill, never received it. Very loud so bring earplugs. If you need rest choose elsewhere.

This hostel was strange. While being in a similar price range to Mosaikon (great), it was significantly worse. My biggest issue was that I booked as it was advertised with air conditioning. It turns out that it is centrally controlled from the lobby, and no matter how many times you ask they will turn the temperature up or more usually off after a few hours so I was hot and sweaty often. I also had several bites: bedbugs, mosquitoes, I'm not sure, but I have reacted poorly to them regardless. The floors seemed a bit grimey (there was even a loose screw in the lift), and the bathroom bin needs more regular emptying, but otherwise it was reasonably clean. Rather than a card or key, you have to enter like a ten digit pin on the door or use an app, which is very annoying if you have left your phone/dead (and they never mentioned the app, I had to discover that elsewhere). The door to the balcony was very hard to lock, which is a safety concern. They also had poorly hanging drying racks on the balcony with no clips, which later led to my towel flying off onto a neighbouring balcony. Please also note that there are no locks on the lockers, it is BYO. No shower curtain which was weird. Bed curtains would also be great, especially in mixed dorms. Shortly after I arrived, two housekeeping staff were loudly arguing with each other in the lobby (I believe about whose duties were whose). However, after seeing the way that the owner speaks to and treats the staff, I assume they are probably understaffed and stressed. Maybe the aircon thing is also his policy. The building is not accessible for anyone wondering: there is a little lift, but there is a staircase to get to it, and the lift is likely too small for a wheelchair. You also cannot get to the rooftop with the lift. Upsides are that the location is good for a few of the sites as well as providing a free breakfast. The rooftop bar is social (+free shot) and has a great view, and good happy hour deals. TLDR: Not THAT bad, but not great for the price when there are nicer comparable options.

think i got bitten by bed bugs didn’t see a bottom sheet get changed once ‘lockers’ didn’t lock and were too small anyway no curtain to pull in front of bed horrible stay compared with other subpar hostels

6 of my friends and I stayed here for 4 nights and stayed in 2 separate rooms and all came home with bed bugs. My one friend physically saw a bed bug on the last night, but unfortunately we had to rush to the airport so we could not tell the front desk. As soon as we got home we called them and were given an email to correspond with the manager. Although as first he answered the emails, all they said was that they could not find bed bugs and then said they would tell the other manager and when I asked for their contact information to speak with them I received no reply, so my other friend emailed them and got no answer as well. We completely understand that bed bugs can happen anywhere, but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional and disrespectful because of the stress and money loss the bed bugs caused. DO NOT STAY HERE

Don't stay here unless you want BED BUGS!! Six of my friends and I stayed in two separate rooms for four nights, and quite a few of us woke up with BED BUG BITES. I also found a few LIVE bed bugs and larvae. When asking for a refund, we were given an email address by a worker for a manager who never responded. THEY NEVER AGREED TO EXTERMINATE EITHER WHICH MEANS THE BUGS WILL STILL BE SPREADING THROUGHOUT THE HOSTEL!!!! Disgusting!!!
