L'hostel est sympa et les lits confortables, mais beaucoup de personnes ont été volés par un membre du staff ménage. C'est dommage que l'hostel ne fasse rien par rapport à ça, car plusieurs signalements de différentes personnes ont été fait. Les autres membres de l'hostel sont très agréable mais ce vol gâche vraiment l'expérience.

Making advertisement that they have 24/7 reception, which is a lie!

me and my friend woke up at 2am to bed bugs crawling all over us - when we told the staff they weren’t really surprised and just gave us antspray we looked for a different place to stay in the middle of the night the next day we went there to ask dor a refund - non of the staff apologised they just asked if we have evidence wouldn’t recommend at all

Really disappointed with our stay Chill house. We (the two of us staying) got up early to do a sunrise hot air balloon ride & grab breakfast but when we came back after at 9:30am to have a nap (as we hadn’t slept well the night before and weren’t feeling the best) they were stripping all the curtains and beds in our room to do a “routine deep clean” which we were not informed about ahead of time. They said it would take at least 2-3 hours and said we could nap by the pool instead (It was...

Extremly unpolite, unfriendly stuff. They sold me bus ticket and when I got there there was no seat for me. During the night in the room there was loud noise like water licking from rooms above..and this is more expensive than other hostels even if you pay directly, totally not worth it.

Went for happy hour advertising two big beer Laos for 50000kip but they asked for 60000 when I got there. Very much a scam on their end as they posted the ad saying 50000 the same day that I went.
