Nomads Noosa

Awful experience here at the Nomad's hostel, there were bed bugs in our dormitory and the management was not helpful at all and very demeaning when we went to the reception at 3am in tears about the bugs all over us. DO NOT come here.

Very mixed experience. Location and people we met within the hostel made the stay somewhat pleasurable. However, the staff and in particular the manager (Marie I believe her name was) quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. Took money out of my account without notice and without any reason in relation to an event which I had absolutely nothing to do with. Still attempting to resolve this. Beware of this as she openly stated she does this often… Concerningly roommates also had bedbugs.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and socially it was the best hostel I've stayed at in Australia. The social area of the hostel is so compact that it's really easy to bump into people and make friends. In my second week I made some really cool friends: Grace, Hannah, Aaron, Tom, sophie ... Make sure to say hi to Skye for me. Ask her about Adam's feet and she'll know what you're talking about. I did have potential bedbugs on my first night but I had a room to myself and got a refund. Grace is the GOAT.

Don’t go there! We had bed bugs in two rooms. The staff is nice, but the kitchen is small. Don't waste your money; go somewhere else.

My room flooded. Ceiling was leaking. Talk to someone who also said their room was full of bed bugs in the 2 days i was there. The only gave me a partial refund which is better than nothing but still not a good place to stay imo. Cant really see it in the pics but water was pouring in through cracks.

Super dirty and my room got flooded because the roof started leaking and another building had bed bugs while i was there.

worst hostel i've ever stayed in down the east coast and i've stayed in plenty Nomads. Got bitten to death by bed bugs, rooms filthy and kitchen unusable it was so dirty. Everyone in my room (bed of 8) and in my friends rooms (bed of 16) refused to use the kitchens too. Staff helpful and pleasant though.
