we arrived around 9pm in the evening and our beds were not ready and they were not sure how long it would take to be ready. The booking was made in advance, the lady at the front desk was apologetic to us but we ended up leaving and going somewhere else

I was a bit disappointed because I wrote the hostel 3 times if it’s possible to come very early in the morning to the hostel because of my Nightbus. They didn’t answer me until 1 hour before I arrived in Cusco so I was worried the whole night. In the end it was possible but it was disappointing that they didn’t answer earlier.
