Wovor Gewarnt Wird

Reisen in Gebiete mit der höchsten Warnstufe ganz vermeiden, vor allem ins Valley of the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro Rivers (VRAEM) und Umgebung. Offizielle Hinweise nennen dort Terrorismus, Drogenhandel, damit verbundene Kriminalität und eine schwache Präsenz der Strafverfolgung.

Nicht notwendige Reisen ins Upper Huallaga River Valley und Umgebung sowie in einige Grenzgebiete zu Kolumbien und Ecuador vermeiden. Genannt werden Drogenhandel, Überfälle, Entführungen, Erpressung, Razzien, organisierte Kriminalität, illegaler Bergbau, bewaffnete Gruppen, Landminen und unmarkierte Minenfelder.

Für den Rest von Peru gilt: Reise als erhöhtes Risiko behandeln.   • VRAEM und Umgebung: Reisen komplett vermeiden, wo die stärksten offiziellen Warnungen greifen. Italienische Hinweise nennen außerdem VRAEM-bezogene Orte und Provinzen wie Huanta, Tayacaja, La Mar, Huancayo, Satipo, Pichari und Kimbiri.
  • Upper Huallaga River Valley und Umgebung: Nicht notwendige Reisen vermeiden wegen innerstaatlichem Terrorismus und krimineller Aktivitäten.

Worum Es Bei Den Warnungen Geht

Die schärfsten offiziellen Warnungen sind regional. Unter den geprüften Hinweisen enthalten vier ein Reiseverbot oder gleichwertige Höchstwarnungen für Teile von Peru. Sechs raten von nicht notwendigen Reisen in bestimmte Gebiete ab. Sechsundzwanzig verwenden erhöhte Vorsicht für das gesamte Land oder benannte Orte.

Das VRAEM ist das klarste Hochrisikogebiet. Kanada rät von allen Reisen ins Valley of the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro Rivers und Umgebung ab wegen Terrorismus, Drogenhandel, damit verbundener Kriminalität und schwacher Präsenz der Strafverfolgung. Die Schweiz rät ebenfalls von Reisen in benannte Hochrisikogebiete ab, und Italien markiert mehrere VRAEM-bezogene Provinzen und Orte wegen Sicherheitsrisiken.

Grenzreisen brauchen extra Prüfung. Kriminalitätswarnungen betreffen auch übliche Besucherstrecken. Offizielle Einträge nennen hohe Kriminalitätsraten, Überfälle, Entführungen, Erpressung, Razzien, sexuelle Übergriffe, Betrug am Flughafen Lima und mehr Angriffe. Störungsrisiko ist real. Wetter- und Gesundheitshinweise können eine Route trotzdem zerlegen. Frankreich hat ein aktives Update zu schwerem Wetter und Überschwemmungen. Italiens Hinweise nennen starken Regen, Dengue in Amazonas und breitere Gesundheitsvorsicht. Das sind echte Reiserisiken, vor allem für Straßenverkehr und abgelegene Gegenden, aber sie sind getrennt von den Sicherheitszonen mit Reiseverbot.

So Nutz Du Das Für Eine Reise

Wenn deine Route durch das VRAEM, das Upper Huallaga River Valley, abgelegene Gebiete östlich von Huánuco oder Grenzgebiete zu Kolumbien oder Ecuador führt, prüf die neueste offizielle Seite vor der Buchung und sei bereit, die Route zu ändern. Die Hinweise sind zu geografisch genau für ein simples „Peru ist okay“ oder „Peru ist unsicher“.

Für Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Paracas, Nasca und andere typische Stopps stützen die geprüften Hinweise erhöhte Vorsicht. Proteste, Streiks, Maßnahmen im Ausnahmezustand, Wetterwarnungen und Berichte über Überfälle bis kurz vor dem Reisedatum beobachten.

Nicht annehmen, dass ältere Hinweise abgelaufen sind, nur weil die Reise touristisch klingt.
