- Pokoj a celý hotel extrémní špína a smrad. V pokoji brouci. Potom co jsme odešli a vrátili nám peníze cash, nám je stejně strhli z karty. Následná reklamace byla od nich bez komunikace, booking nakonec vykompenzoval poukázkou.

+ We can't get in the place because the key password was not working. The address from Google and the property wasn't sam. The phone number they gave the lady was yelling and said it not her hotel . And she didn't know anything about it.

+ Room not tally with pictures on the booking.com page. Staff suggested me to cancel and asked for refund, but after numerous attempts, they got my check out date wrong and wanted to charge me for 4 nights out of 6 nights (which i booked but stayed only 1 night). I suspected this is a scam.

- 1) On 30 January i checked in to Palette Travellers Hotel @Bangkok. I initially booked the hotel for 6 night (30/1 - 5/2). 2) i paid the full amount upon check in by credit card. 3) After checked in, i was dissatisfied as the room given isn't the same as published on Booking.com. 4) On 31 January I queried the staff at the counter and she told me that i can always cancel the reservation and asked for refund for the remaining 5 nights. She promised that the hotel will refund 100% but i need to notify Booking.com first. 5) I decided to cancel and checked out immediately on 31 January. 6) After multiple attempts i managed to get in touch with Booking.com staff and explained the situation. 7) On 3 February i received an email from the property saying that i checked out on 2 February and they will refund me for 3rd & 4th February. 8) i called the hotel manager and rectified that they got my check-out date wrong. 9) i also called Booking.com on the same day and notified the staff about the discrepancy. However the booking.com replied that he contacted the hotel and was confirmed that i checked out on 2 Feb. 10) i called the hotel manager again and again on 4 & 5th to explain to her. She claimed that Booking.com must call the hotel before she can get the things right. 11) I wrote to Booking.com on 5th Feb but no reply until today. 12) Could you take action to process with my refund ASAP please. If the hotel wants to charge me 1 extra night for penalty i can understand, but charging me 5 nights (which i have cancelled) isn't acceptable. This is too much and not fair for me. + La seule chose que j’ai aimé c’est quelques uns des personnels qui étaient vraiment adorable

- Déjà c’est sale, ils m’ont changé de chambre 3 fois car a plusieurs reprises je trouvais des cafards dans les toilettes et devant les toilettes, il y’a une odeur ignoble que ca soit dans les chambres dans les couloirs ou dans la réception, très mal placé chaque sortie va te couter environ 500 a 600 baht en taxi et ca dépends de votre destination ca peut monter jusqu’à 1000 baht, la seule chose bien c’est qu’il y’a le BTS a côté

+ Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgewöhnt, mir hat eigentlich nichts gut gefallen..

- Die Einrichtung ist schon ziemlich heruntergekommen und abgewöhnt, habe das Zimmer die zweite Nacht gewechselt, aber es wurde nicht wirklich besser. Die kilmaanlagen funktionieren auch nicht so gut, ebenfalls veraltet, mit unangenehmen Geruch. Werde ich definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

- Het nukkige ongeinteresseerde personeel bevielen me niet en t zeer karige ontbijt met nog niet eens een kop koffie of thee.

+ 駅から近い。 24h受付可能。 場所は見付けやすいこと。 ウォーター2本用意されていること

- エアコンのリモコン操作できない。 お湯ポットは置かれていないこと。 インスタントコーヒーは用意されているけど、 TVのリモコン操作できないこと。

- The free breakfast was lacking ! Also no coffee was offered , apparently they were out of it.

+ Номера небольшие, но уютные Расположение хорошее , метро рядом

- Живите в номерах с видом во двор. Если со стороны дороги - очень шумно с самого утра.
