+ Fine lokaler - god frokost. Sentral beliggenhet

- Stedet brukes som sosialt treffsted for lokale ungdommer, som fremstod som venner av de ansatte. Dette ødela oppholdet for min del. Synd - selve hostellet hadde høy kvalitet på lokalene. I følge manager har de fått klager på dette også tidligere.

+ Quite new, so clean.

- For check in I had to wait for more than an hour outside to get in. Then they didn't accept card payments even though it says they do on their booking.com listing, so I had to go find cash in the late evening. You have to pay an extra city tax, on top of the city tax that they have on booking.com. They also said that they usually take an extra fee for late check in (after 9pm). In the listing they claim that check in is open untill 12pm and no mention about the 9-12pm late check in fee. The customer service was notably the most unwelcoming I’ve experienced. With all the hidden fees, misinformation and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this place.

+ I like the comfort of the beds and the size of the storage lockers.

- Unfortunately, I was punished and reprimanded for leaving a review in which I stated that the staff member mouthed the words, "Be Done" at me. I was asked to change the review because the manager makes it a point to have staff cleaning the rooms every hour on the hour and that is why there were such frequent staff visitors in the hostel rooms. I have never had that experience before. He literally told me that he was going to have two people room with me after he confronted me about my review and asked me to change it, holding up the two fingers. I don't know why he felt that he needed to do that. Obviously I know in a hostel you are bound to have a roommate or hostel mate. I think it is because he was spacing guests out (at least the female ones) and letting them occupy their own rooms. So the room nextdoor was completely vacant and he punished me with making me room with a guest who seemed to be affiliated with the staff member who mouthed the words, "be done" because she made up lies about the air conditioning that was accommodated to meet her needs every time she asked without negotiations to complain.

+ Nice beds and good interior

- The staff played loud music every evening in the lobby until 11pm+, which is still loud in the rooms. Aircon was not working on the first night and just on one Temperature on the second night. Also booked a 4 bed dorm and got a 6 bed

+ The breakfast is a nice traditional European breakfast. I really like the bunk beds. There is plenty of room for sitting upright if you are tall and they have reading lights in them with individual charging pods. The locker is very large and able to fit good sized luggage. There is a small patio which is nice to be able to go outside to get fresh air. The air conditioner works very well. I was able to have the room to myself.

- Staff members are committed to cleaning the rooms every hour. It feels like a bit much. It would be nice to have the option to have a lower price depending on the number of beds in your room and for mixed room types. All the rooms are the same price so if you have a four bed room, you pay the same price as an 8 bed room. I don't like people who mouth words like, "be done" and "he knew." This is something that happened with one staff member, and should not be tolerated in my opinion in a professional setting from an employee to a guest.

+ The hostel is always so clean and staffs are always there to help and very friendly. It is located one block away from bus stop. Very convenient location and safe neighborhood. You get a free towel upon arrival.

- Nothing. May be some hooks for hanging clothes would be nice.

+ After traveling to more than 15 countries, I can say this is one of the best hostels I have been to. Not just because everything is brand new, but because it is impeccable, comfortable and stylish :) they hosts are also amazing and the location is perfect. Thank you so much, I for sure will come back!

+ Nice location near the bus station. Looks rather new and very clean. Friendly staff.

- This hostel is not designed for digital nomads who could fill the hostel off-season. The large central table has no electric outlets. There is a small table near the patio, but it's noisy as the door to the patio is always kept open. There is nowhere to hang anything in the rooms or in the bathroom. The latter is particularly a problem when you want to hang your towel or your toiletry kit. Some hostels do this on purpose because they don't want guests to leave stuff hanged, but that's totally inconvenient and counter-productive.

- Shared kitchen under construction, so you can't cook here.

+ The facility was clean and luxurious. The staff were helpful and good. Facility very close to city centre for shops and transport. You can expect to get some privacy in the rooms.

- No kitchen space to prepare meals, make a cup of tea.

+ Everything is so amazing! I was the only staff who stay in that period but they prepare full breakfast only for me 👍🏼 bed was so comfy and both room key and Locke key were provided for free! Towel was provided for free too!

- Nothing! I love everything about this hostel!

+ Outstanding facilities for a hostel - great great showers, modern and clean hall, rooms, very comfy beds. Flexible and accommodating staff. Outstanding location right in the center and right by the bus terminal.

- Not much of community hostel feeling - more like very well-serviced hotel in fit of group accommodation.

+ Schönes und luxuriöses Hostel. Super für den Preis. Die Betten sind mit Vorhängen und sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon und die Lage ist super. Ich hatte ein 4 Bett Zimmer für mich allein. Das Bad ist Sauber und die Duschen sind abschließbar.
