When I got into my bed, I found it was crawling with bed bugs. One of the staff was very responsive and offered a private room to stay in for the night, but I found bed bugs in that room too, meaning I had to sleep on the floor as it was too late to go elsewhere. They gave me a refund on the room but wouldn’t pay for the cost of me having to hot wash all of my clothes (350IR). They seemed to take the situation seriously and so hopefully will resolve the problem. Hostel seemed good otherwise
