Puri Rinjani Hostel

I never leave reviews, however, my stay here was ITCHY. My bed (top bunk) was the only one in the room without a window, and the ceiling was bent with no where to hold on to, so it was really uncomfortable and unsafe to get on and off the bed. I stayed there 4 nights and I was bitten alive by bed bugs. I told the staff, and they apologised and told me they’d give me a refund. However, on my last day, when I paid, they still charged me the whole price. Bathrooms were also very smelly.

Nice garden area but it’s a hotel and isn’t social it’s rather dirty in the toilet beds are big and comfortable, there was bed bugs in another room but they assured us they where removed
