Everything is good but i think the sheets are not washed properly. I think there might be bed bugs or the sheets are not washed properly cause something bit me night time while i was sleeping.

A ÉVITER !!! Punaises de lit !!! BED BUGS !!’

awful !!!!! I had BED BUGS !!!! the second night I had to change my own sheets, had to stay even tho I wanted to leave but Friday night in QT everything booked ! so changed the sheet, but still all over them and I see the stains, blood, disgusting staff were not helpful. NOT CLEAN AT ALL !!! can not even sit on the bottom bed, too small, fridges not even enough spaces. I stayed 2 nights out of 3, not even a refund for it, I had to clean my clothes 2 times, it's expensives, all my bags, LEAVE DONT GO THERE;

Woke up to my calves bitten to shreds by bed bugs. Lower bunks have the least amount of headspace of any hostel bunk I've ever used. maybe 2 ft/.6 m from mattress to ceiling. like sleeping in a coffin. Doors slam shut. My head was maybe 1 foot from the door latch. If window is cracked at all, can be fully unhinged from the outside and walked through, major security flaw. Property requires you to download and set up an app in order to check-in, which is a nuisance. Hot tub closes at 9pm??

Overall the place was not a great experience: bedbugs, rude staff, lack of hot running water, deposits and hidden fees galore, as well as rules for everything made me feel unwelcomed and want to turn right back around. Find a different place if you can.
