The person in charge of the place came to us disrespectfully, sweeping the floor and telling us to leave. A very bad experience, although Rome is beautiful. I will not return to this place. The kitchen and the bathrooms are not up to standard. We are giving you money, so make the necessary improvements

Refused to accept me as a guest. Said I was too old. I had confirmed booking. No mentioning of age limit in the house rules. The personel were very bad. Aggressive and threatening. Tried to take away my food, although I am diabetic and could fall into coma without proper food.Refused to call the manager. Did not allow me to use my surfpad. In total, the worst possible experience with these people.

Letti piccoli e scomodi, molto rumore essendo vicino alla stazione dei treni. Non c'è la cucina nemmeno condivisa. Fa caldissimo e non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma solo ventilatore a soffitto. Host non parla italiano

Staff was horrible, bed sheets were stained, the top bunk of the bed feels unsafe, the bathroom is disgusting and to top it off wifi is absolutely shitty. Worst hostel of my trip, get something better instead for a little more expensive

Everywhere was messy and nobody wants to take care about security. There is a lots of pervert customers in this hostel. I had to call polizia this morning because of some terrible things happened between customers

Honestly one of the worst hostels I've ever stayed in. Felt more like a halfway house than a hostel, full of strange older men and as a solo female traveler i did not feel safe at all. No working kitchen - to get to the sink you have to knock on the reception/office door. No hob and tiny fridges in each bedroom. Feels altogether quite grimy and I'm a pretty low maintenance traveller. No locks on the bathrooms so you're aware a man can walk in while you're showering. Creepy atmosphere.

The hostel could not be worse. The location isn't a big issue, but since you enter the front dor, you'll feel a terrible energy that the place has. the rooms are extremely stinky, awkward people inside, the reception is super weird with a weird guy, everything smells bad, the beds are too small. when I got in and paid, I gave up and left because I knew it was gonna be a terrible experience. So don't pay before looking everything. Do not stay there never!!

honestly it was just enough, but I would say that is possible to find a better hostel for almost the same price, in terms of cleaness and organization, kind staff, nice atmosphere and with kitchen!

Excelente servicio, pero Huele mal y los baños son muy incómodos, ya que necesita muchas reparaciones.Yo pagaría solo 10 € por noche no más

Ero in cerca di un ostello vecchio stile. Uno di quelli che frequentavo anni fa prima dell' invasione dei social ed eccolo qui. Personale disponibile multietnico, facile procedura di ingresso e soprattutto letto molto comodo (parlo il mio)!

Good location but for a solo female traveller I wouldnt recommend. Shower head holder was broken, no sheets on some of beds, no locks on doors or lockers inside room. Good check in. Good for a one night stay. Over priced for what you get.

Place is very run down. Practically zero kitchen facilities. Bathrooms very very cramped.

Air conditioning in the rooms, free lockers, very kind staff, a few minutes' walk away from Roma Termini. What else could you ask for this price? Ah, yes, city locker included! They looked after my belongings a whole journey after checking out! ¡100% recomendado!

Do not book here unless you got poor hygiene. The place is filfthy and smelly. I couldn’t even used to bathroom as people didn’t clean up after them. People who stays there have really poor hygiene and the room was smelling even with open windows. There is also bed bugs everywhere. A night was more than enough.

When I booked I read very bad review, but even that I decides to give a chance to the place and was a very good experience. El Hostel it's very well located. Mohammed it's an extraordinary host, and he is reading and take notes to improve every aspect. The ladys bathroom has doors i'n each shower, toilet. Everytime I used was clean, when a guess gone, the sheets are changed, and all days the rooms are cleaning. The only aspect to improve it's one single fan for 5 beds, during the summer. ...

My experience was pleasant, and the hotel is 15 minutes from the Colosseum. The staff was very friendly and courteous.😊

Not very clean, old building. The bathrooms are def the worst part. The showers are quite small (even for a hostel). The staff isn't overly friendly. It gets hot at night and I (not saying this will happen to everyone) woke up with a bunch of bug bites. I've stayed in many cheap hostels but this was one of the ones I had to switch to a better one for lol.
