Ich frage mich wirklich woher die (zum Teil) einigermaßen guten Bewertungen herkommen. Das Hostel ist Total dreckig & es stinkt (ich spreche von Mülleimern die in den Zimmern & in der Küche übergelaufen sind), keine Ordnung in der Küche & dreckige/nicht genügend vorhandene Utensilien. Ich habe noch nie so schlimme Bäder in einem Hostel gesehen wir hier. Total alt und abgelaufen. Ekelhaft! Entsprechen nicht den Bilder online. Mochte dort nicht auf Toilette gehen. Könnte noch viel mehr sc...

This hostel is awful. The whole atmosphere was not a nice vibe, and i felt very uncomfortable. Also, when i first arrived into my room, there were pubes on my bed. Disgusting. Then the doors wouldnt shut fully, meaning anyone could walk in. I wasnt asked how my experience was at checkout as it was all very rushed. The lockers said they took card as a payment but they didnt. The air con was very weak, and the lighting was awful making the room even more dim and gloomy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I would be giving this hostel a 0 if I could, we booked a private room, it was ok at best. The walls were paper thin, you could hear every single noise. The bathrooms were not clean. The room itself was super basic, not the location you should treat yourself to a private room at - in comparison, we were at space hotel in Melbourne and had a flat screen tv, two bedside tables, queen bed, so clean. Here it felt dirty although bedding was clean, SO much noise, and the mattress was paper thin.

didn’t like this hostel at all. worse one we’ve experienced down the whole east coast. dirty and a weird layout with small rooms. we personally had pretty rude roommates who appeared to be permanently living there. would never recommend

the rooms are tiny with no storage space or lockers. there was one extension lead for the whole room which was 4 plug sockets but travel plugs meant we had to rotate so they could fit. this extension was also on the floor so top bunks could not easily access. There is no lamp set either bright light or complete darkness. The toilets showers and kitchen/dining were always dirty and the shower cubicles very small with very short shower heads. The tap water smelt and tasted of mould.do not recomend

Absolutely dreadful. If you think this is a „backpackers hostel” think again, we showed up, got to the rooms only to be met with what I can only describe as a FIFO camp, 6 beds and 5 people there were all tradies that had decided to leave all of their old food and clothes and dirty work boots everywhere around the room. It was genuinely abysmal, we stayed less than 1 hour. Choose wisely wether you want to risk your money on this abomination of a hostel.

We did not enjoy our stay here: - false advertising, we were sold on the view advertised on pictures. This view no longer exists due to construction work in front of the property which starts loud work at 6am. - the dorms are full of city workers, are a mess and absolutely stink. - one kitchen for the number of guests is unacceptable, this is proven by the poor cleanliness in there - the 10pm noise curfew doesn’t exist, loud noise late into the night, people banging on doors at 2am, weed smel...

Wouldn't recommend. Lockers only available in the common room and need to be paid extra, Room itself is expensive for what it is. No curtains, no window in the room, apparently no way to control ac yourself. Bathrooms didn't have anything to put stuff on and sinks were too small for that as well, which leaves the floor, which was always full of hair. 85% of people are french who stick to themselves and play music with speakers over the music played by hostel. Staff was nice though.

Wouldn't recommend going there. Room smelled very bad, and there is no window or proper ventilation.

Huge hostel! The staff is very nice but it's not very clean and the free parking is really tiny so don't book it for that.

Great hostel

I don’t usually choose hostels when I travel, mainly because I really appreciate having my own space and a bit of privacy. That said, this stay completely changed my expectations, in the best way possible. Right from check-in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the other guests made it easy to feel comfortable without any pressure. I stayed here for a week as a girl on her own who had just arrived to Australia I was met with great reception staff, very welcoming and helpful the overall atmosphere is amazing wether your wanting to chill or sit and have a drink and make friends. I’ll definitely be back such a good vibe compared to some other hostels in Brisbane I’ve stayed at

We booked the hostel because of location and the good price. When we arrived we checked in with Darryl who was unbelievable friendly and helped us, along with Allison, with every issue and question we had throughout our whole stay. The rooms got cleaned every day and were well maintained, like everything in this hostel! They have are really nice bar, a pool and a great view all over the city. You can meet a lot of nice people here and you should definitely talk to the staff, they are great!...

Marco , Allison , Chu were absolutely amazing, providing one of the warmest experiences I have ever had.They went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and well taken care of , throughout my stay. . They were outstanding! The best experience ever

Everything good

Great cosy place to stay very good atmosphere and the people around very friendly. Staff were great and very interactive with everyone would recommend

Je suis tombée en amour de la vybe de cet hostel qui est selon moi niveau ambiance et espaces extérieurs, le meilleur de Brisbane !

les portes sont super bruillantes quand on les fermes, les douches ne sont pas très pratique, beaucoup trop de musique et de bruit à toute heure, les lits sont vieux il y a un creux au milieu

We left this hostel early due to an incident involving other travellers. The reception team were FAB sorting it out and they did the best they could. However, a cleaner staff member decided to argue with us about the situation which honestly ruined our experience. After this, it was a tense, unwelcome atmosphere that we did not feel comfortable in. The showers could be a lot cleaner or cleaned more often. The location is no where near the centre. The south of Brisbane in ALOT nicer.

The events managed by Marco were the absolute best part of my staying, overall the best hostel in Brisbane

The accommodation itself is good value for the money. I was unfortunately super sick so I ended up asking for a private room. While I did have to pay a fare difference (which is normal when upgrading), they were quite accommodating with it which I really appreciated. The only thing I do have to note is that it is quite loud. I’m not a light sleeper, so it’s not too much of a bother for me, but the amount of noise was quite surprising and is maybe relevant for travelers who sleep light to kno...

Very average hostel, but expected more for the price paid. Rooms were as advertised, although no lockers meaning people’s possessions had to go on the floor. Bathroom facilities did the job but very basic. Same can be said for kitchen facilities. Although many people didn’t clean up after themselves which made the kitchen dining area feel unclean. Positives include the pool and garden area. Staff were also very helpful when asked.

Gutes Hostel, leider wie immer ohne Vorhänge oder Safe - ansonsten gemütlich- Küche und Essbereich allerdings sehr dreckig

Very comfortbale and safe place to stay. The staff and guests were all friendly and made for a good experice will be back for sure!
