I had a reservation of 2 nights and I had paid more of additional 3 nights. So, I paid all 5 nights on the check-in day. But, the owner canceled the 3 nights after 2 nights sleeping. It was done on the sleeping day evening suddenly without any reason. So, I had very difficult time finding out the other new hostel right away on the same day. I was the most terrible experience in my entire life. There is nothing to see in this rural village. & far away from the city center, about 2 hours wal...

Friendly costemer service. Very sociable. If you like simplicity and calmness, it is definitivly your place. You have to walk or Take a Taxi to the old town,30 min walk
No WiFi, full of mosquitoes, full of camping tends in the courtyard and no sockets near the beds. Bad experience.
A beautiful hostel with a lot of nice places to sit, the staff was also really and making sure you have a good time, friendly and helpful. It would be handy to have a car and you can see the beach. But in the night it was noisy and a lot of people smoking and drinking but with good vibes so if you like it it’s nice.
Habe vorab bei Hostelword eine Anzahlung geleistet die ich dann bei Ankunft nochmals bezahlen musste dem nicht genug hat man mich dort mit Covid angesteckt schlafen geht man dort um Mitternacht solange ist dort ziemlich laut Vorsicht heavy bunks mit videoüberwachung Videos die wahrscheinlich auch ohne Zustimmung gespeichert werden
Have vorab at Hostelword made a deposit which i then had to pay again on arrival they didn't have enough hat they got me there with Covid infected sleeping you go there at midnight as long as it is there is pretty loud cautious heavy bunks with video surveillance videos that are probably also stored without consent
+ Location was nice with a lovely terrace to watch sunsets and the ocean. A 45 minute walk into Essoiuira ledina or a short taxi ride . Small local shops next door for food staples, a barista coffee van and nearby cafe .Hot water for a shower was excellent. Kitchen suite small but it has everything you may need ..I enjoyed my stay and i appreciated the quiet surroundings especially at night .
- It is not the hostels fault , but there were many smokers staying . It was often very stuffy . I have few complaints..

- A casa de banho era dentro da camarata então deixava alguma humidade no quarto e eu sofro de asma então custava-me um pouco a respirar, mas nada grave

+ Bijzonder gastvrije host, prettige ontspannen sfeer. Mooie ligging met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Kleurrijke inrichting met verschillende verblijfsmogelijkheden. Gebruik van keuken is mogelijk maar er wordt op verzoek 's morgens een heerlijk ontbijt en 's avonds een lekker maaltijd bereid.
- De voorzieningen, douche, toilet, zijn basic.

Best Hostel close to Essaouira, Best Tajine, very local, very cheap! Super recommended
+ Endroit très calme près des dunes... Accueil chaleureux de la part des hôtes.
+ Lemja und Youssef sind wirklich so liebevolle Menschen und sie haben ein wunderschönes Daheim. Wenn man bei ihnen ist fühlt man sich sofort als Teil ihrer Familie. Es war wunderschön bei ihnen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich und für diesen Preis sowieso ausgezeichnet! Essen gibt es auf Anfrage und man kommt auch viel in Kontakt mit anderen Hostelbewohnern, was die familiäre Stimmung noch mehr prägt! Ich freue mich, wieder einmal das Diabat Hostel zu besuchen.

+ J'ai adoré la tranquillité du lieu. Je me suis sentie chez moi, en sécurité, en paix. Les hôtes sont très attentifs et accueillants. J'ai aussi aimé la grande terrasse et la cuisine avec tous les équipements. Je reviendrai !

+ Ambiente familiare, molto accogliente e la stanza femminile è molto spaziosa

+ La localisation de l'hostel est superbe : mer, dunes, forêt, calme, petits commerces, 30 min à pied d'Essaouira. C'est idéal pour un séjour paisible !
+ The staff (a local hard-working family) is so kind I didn't want to leave this place like, never 🥹 thank you Diabat Hostel for everything!!! I can't wait to come back again ❤️ (the breakfast is highly recommended as well, yummy and clearly prepared with love) there are some dishes available on request too I didn't have the time to try but would have loved to.

+ The warm and friendly welcome was the beginning of a wonderful stay. Kitchen, hot shower, comfortable bed, and fabulous people. Practically everyone who was there extended their stay including me. Good good good good vibrations!. Would recommend a million percent.

+ J'ai aimé le confort de la chambre, la super cuisine ouverte et la tranquillité de la terrasse avec la vue incroyable sur les dunes et la mer. L'hostel est joliment décoré, plein de couleurs et de plantes, très accueillant. Quel plaisir d'être ici !

+ Really nice place to stay not far from Essaouira (30mn walk). Lamia is so friendly I will return there for sure. Had really pleasant time, activities nearby spot place for horse riding. I recommend ❤️
