I loved this charming hotel, the location and the service couldn't be any better! Thierry, one of the owners, was very accomodating and flexible to my very late arrival which made me feel safe as a solo travel female, he even helped me to print some reservations I need to continue my trip to Europe. He was very caring and made me feel at home. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back to Lourdes!
