+ Der var ingenting jeg bryder mig om ved stedet

- Jeg blev dårlig taget imod af en sur dame der søgte at give mig et værelse hvor man ikke kunne låse døren. Der var direkte adgang hele tiden fra stueplanen ude ved poolen ind på mit værelse. Så jeg sagde Nej tak. Så ville hun give mig et andet værelse hvor der var en kæmpe byggeplads ude foran altanen, hvor det larmede voldsomt og der ikke var nogen udsigt fordi der var plastik hen foran hele åbningen fra altanen og ud. Derfor kontaktede jeg booking.com medarbejder for at få mine penge tilbage, da det slet ikke levede op til det der var aftalt. Booking.com arbejder på at få mine penge tilbage.

+ They never told us there's a construction ongoing next to the building. Can't sleep or hang around the hotel from 8 am 6 pm everyday including Sundays. Staff very nice. Food also. But at least tell your customers beforehand about the construction site.

- I didn't stay there. the hotel canceled my reservation last minute. I made the booking a months ago and they canceled when I about to check in. No call, no text, just notification on the apps. When I called, the receptionist couldn't explain or give any good reason. They said they cannot do anything, they had to give the room because the guest from the night before want to extend their stay.

+ I booked two rooms a week before our check-in date, and the booking was already confirmed. But when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said there was no record of our booking. So, whose fault is that? I already had a bad feeling when no one responded to my queries on the booking site. When I checked the Google reviews afterward—no surprise, all bad reviews. What a terrible experience! We had to travel from Bali Hai Pier for almost 30 minutes, wasting so much time and money. I should’ve listened to the reviews next time.

- Приехав на ресепшен мне никто не открыл все было закрыто. В 10 вечера мне пришлось искать другое место для отдыха. Я сразу сделала запрос на возврат мне было отказано в возврате средств 4 раза😳! Моей вины нет в том что система дает забронировать и оплатить отель вне рабочих часов. Я даже не могла такое предположить. Но ни служба поддержки, ни личная встреча на ресепшен не возместила мне деньги. Это не уважение к гостям и нарушение всякой морали и здравого смысла. Избегаете это место, вы здесь не защищены

- La salle de bain etait moisie et insalubre. Le lit peu confortable. Je doute que le menage soit effectué entre chaque client (bouteille d'eau et poussière sous le lit). Hôtel mal situé et cher pour la qualité. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
