I booked the room 2 days in advance. When I arrived they told me that the accomodation was already fully booked and that I should look for another hotel… They didn’t help me and I had to wait for them to give me back my money that I already paid. They even gave me 500IDR less than I paid, which is not so much, but if they were wrong it is kind of rude.
