Supermoon Cozy Hostel

I’ve stayed in countless hostels and never seen anything this petty. At check-in, I was told beds weren’t assigned, so after months on the upper bunk, I moved to the lower one as soon as my roommate left, changing all the linens myself and leaving everything in PERFECT condition. Yet they kept my deposit just because I “moved.” I was ready to extend my stay, but this nonsense made me leave. Not recommended.

This is not a 'cozy' hostel as it has a bar attached to it and a rooftop above the dorm... If you're not here to party I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you are, then it's a great location.

I left after the first night because there was bedbugs in my bed. Also the sheets wasn’t changed because there was something spilled on the bed and it was all dry and yucky. I only got refunded one night out of the two I didn’t stay there. The girl in the reception was very sweet tho.

I have mixed feelings about this hostel! Pros 1. The location is SUPERB! Just off the main walking street. 2. The bar attached to the hostel is so fun and great music! 3. The hostel is clean. Cons 1. The mattress is quite literally the most uncomfortable I have even experienced… you might as well sleep on the floor. 2. The noise from the bar is very loud until 1 am, although if you have good earplugs you can get to sleep just fine! 3. The WiFi is terrible and didn’t work the entire time.

A very small hostel with no social atmosphere. The images on here make it look like there are big social spaces but these are actually the connected bar, which means that there is not space to meet people and yet the extreme loudness of the bar kept us up past midnight. The beds were comfy and bathrooms fine but I would not stay here again because of the noise and lack of life.

Hostel in a great location right between two bars. The common area also serves as a walk way between the two bars. People from the bar constantly enter the hostel to use the toilet. during the evening the bars' customer also took all the dedicated parking space for the hostel guests.

Well located but very dirty. Stayed for 3 nights and showers and toilets weren't cleaned properly, dust and old food in the dorms, no storage space for backpacks in the dorm. Good location for the party scene and okay for a night or 2 but not longer. No real common area/social space

Pros Good location in central pai right next to all the bars right next door to some very nice bars that play live music that cuts off at 12-1 most nights. Cons: Firm bed can be quite noisy

Ich fand den Aufenthalt eher Mittel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aber ab 18 Uhr nicht mehr da und dann stieg auch die Lautstärke im Flur. Es wurde von anderen Gästen nachts um 12/1 laut im Flur herumgegrölt und Telefonate geführt. Das Dorm ist hübsch, aber alle nehmen die Schuhe mit hinein, also auch nicht wirklich sauber. Die Toiletten waren häufig schmutzig, auch wenn sie regelmäßig gereinigt wurden. Wenn man gut schlafen will, ist wohl eher ein anderes Hostel geeignet.

Lovely hostel a short walk from the Walking Street. Very small hostel with only a few dorm rooms but I loved the cozy vibe. The hostel is attached to a bar with a courtyard in between for socialising with others at the hostel.

The location ist really good. The bar right next to it offers live music and karaoke. Staff was friendly. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms are ok.

Best hostel so far! Clean, comfortable beds, little breakfast included as well

Really cool hostel which has a hippie vibe and a bar attached to it. I loved the aesthetic look of Supermoon, however the bed’s are rock hard and the top bunks don’t have a curtain at all. It’s in a great location in Pai right near all the bars.

This hostel has the perfect location. Right in the center of Pai, 2 minutes from the night market. Great atmosphere and still quiet when you want to sleep. Very clean and nice personnel. Couldn’t recommend more!

A hidden gem of a hostel. Lovely interior, and the upstairs bar has live music and delicious food. In the female dorm the top beds were a little uncomfortable and didnt have a privacy curtain but when i extended my stay and was put in the mixed dorm it was much better. Really recommend if you don’t want a party hostel but still want a good atmosphere

Heel fijn hostel, in het echte centrum maar wel stil. Enige minpuntje was dat de bedden echt van een soort beton gemaakt zijn. Alsnog heel lekker geslapen. Ook heb ik het idee dat de badkamer in de 4 nachten dat we er waren niet is schoongemaakt.

Ended up staying here for a whole week. Was a great mixture between being in the centre for going out but also being a quiet place to go and sleep. The beds were so comfy with curtains all the way round. The three showers worked really well and everything was always clean. The people at reception were always lovely and helpful. The bar above the hostel was run by two really cool guys who always made me feel welcome 😁 was a great time in pai and will definitely return!!
