Fine a lot of pressure to do hostel activities and socialise in The hostel

It has more people that what the facilities can hold, tiny lobby for so many travellers and toilets and rooms felt not too clean. Overall very nice snd social, its a party hostel

Not a lot of bathrooms. Def a party hostel.

Rooms cleaned daily and staff v nice! Beds/pillows could be a lot better. Overall, I think it’s a bit overhyped in regards to the ‘social aspect’.

Location and security good. Due to the ‘semi- private’ rooms people think it’s private , which meant there were loud phone conversations happening at unsociable hours as well as overnight visitors in beds. AC was very weak and didn’t cool the room down at all, despite asking staff to make it colder. Unfortunately the bathroom was not very soundproof as the doors were just slanted privacy screens which meant I couldn’t sleep as I could hear someone vomiting all night. More suitable for ...

Much more party hostel than i expected, social atmosphere was ok but felt cliquey and mostly 18-21 yr olds wanting to get drunk, including some of the volunteer workers. Also room smelled bad

Room absolutely stunk of sewage for the whole stay, started on the 2nd floor up to the 3rd floor, tried closing the bathroom door but the smell lingered, room was cleaned regularly so must be a sewage issue could not wait to leave

I stayed here in 2023 & it was fabulous my first time but this time i dunno, felt different. people had sex in the dorm at night, the dorm was really smelly, it felt more like a party vibe than a social one :/ sad because i loved it before but i think the vibe has changed a bit. still good for meeting people

Prima verblijf. Chill dat je je eigen hokje kan hebben binnen de kamer, ondanks dat het erg klein is. Had zelf alleen niet zoveel met het hostel.

I had a really good time at this hostel. So many nice people. And a lot to offer.

The only bad thing was the WiFi. Everything else was peefect

Best hostel I’ve stayed in atmosphere insane

Staff were really helpful and approachable. The activities were easy to book through the hostel which was convenient, and a good way to make friends with others staying at the hostel.

I absolutely loved stamps, the staff were super kind! The dorms were really clean and well maintained. Super social hostel had an activity every night such as cabaret, quiz night, music bingo etc. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

Good hostel, a little expensive but you’re paying for the social options. Great staff, so helpful and really good tour options available. Nice social area and easy to meet people. The room was nice although the AC doesn’t really reach into the semi-private bed spaces. Quiet enough at night.

Great hostel! Super social with tons of activities like zip lining and cooking classes and trivia and pub crawls. Great place to meet people. The pod like dorms are AMAZING, you get your own space! The shower pressure wasn’t very good but that’s my only complaint.

Really nice and helpful staff. Very social. Our room unfortunately stank (Annex D), the drains smelt awful and could do with a clean.

Stamps is a lovely social hostel the staff are so kind and helpful, it’s my favourite place I’ve stayed and I keep coming back as nowhere else compares

Big social hostel. I recommend if you’re trying to party. It is also good if you need a night in!

Room and bathroom was clean. Space under the bed for your bags. I felt a bit unwelcome at check in. I was asked to show my passport which I did. I was then asked how old I was even though they had my passport and I had provided my date of birth when booking. I gave my age (34) and was then told they have a strict policy on no one over 35 can stay. Just felt it was a bit unnecessary as I was already aware of this when I booked and I’m not yet 35. I also wasn’t asked if I wanted a towel.

This was definitely one of my favorite hostels! The beds were awesome & it felt like you had your own room basically. My stuff was always secure and basically everything that was needed, I had. Also, they were always nice with luggage storage and the social gatherings were great as well. And the staff all were awesome as well! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling here!

second time staying here and absolutely loved it. probably one of my favourite hostels in thailand, super sociably without being party and they organise so many activities every day for you to join and an event every evening. Staff are just amazing and Happy is my favourite person in Chiang Mai. couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing social (not party) hostel)! Single beds make you feel you have a private room. Staff is so kind and helpful, it feels like home!! Meet incredible people and there are so many activities (pub quiz, muai thai, lady dance show) that makes really easy to connect and make friends!! Location perfect, 5 minutes way from old town!

really nice hostel, stayed for songkran so didn't get a feel for how it is normally but staff were super friendly and the beds are SO COMFY
