- I denounce the receptionist Katy because of her disrespectful behavior.

+ Reception staff were friendly.
- Dirty room, smelling really bad. Beds were too small and not comfi to stay. There was just two lockers in a 4 room beds, also no plugs to recharge cellphones. It was defitetly the worst hostel I ever stay. There is others options nearby for just a few bucks more.

+ -Beds are quite comfy - I didn’t used the kitchen but looks complete (maybe a bit small) -Location
- - The NOISE, the noise, the noise ! Walls are thin as paper, you heard everything from inside and outside the hostel (next dorm, room downstairs…) - there are no plugs next to the bed ! I mean sorry ? Which hostel is doing this ! - The door, omg, I would have kill people because the door is not closing carefully by itself and it’s very very loudly. I mean with all the money the hostel is making you should really change all these doors … - People are not respecting NOTHING at all : listening to loudly music in the bathroom at 5 am, loudly tik tok in the corridor at 3/4am, talking on the phone loudly in the corridor at 3/4am and inside the dorm being loudly at 4/5am (not everyone is waking up at this time…) - Not enough place in the dorm with the 16 beds for all the bags (some locker) - with all the money the hostel is making would be nice to have curtains on beds … - the PRICE : I can’t understand how you agree to make the price fluctuate according to demand. After 2 years travelling in hostel I found it very bad. I mean I paid 64,16$ for 2 nights first then 42$ just for extending one night ! That’s a scandal ! In plus because it’s very very too pricey for what it is ! - There is a lack of posters to remind people of the rules (no noise after a certain time, be careful when you close the door because it is noisy, etc.) - the common area is a bit small, and it’s missing comfy area to chill downstairs and upstairs

- Only expats living there, the common areas are impossible to use, since they all hang around all day long, cook and spend their lives. Rooms smell horrible, disgusting ppl living there for months, beds are terrible, unfriendly staff, it was a terrible experience. Impossible to sleep, ppl coming from work and leaving to work during all night since as I said.. they live there.. This is not the atmosphere you wanna find while travelling.

- -It is super duper dirty and dusty. -The breakfast is the cheapest jam, bread and cereal without the expiry date. -NO LIFT to go up to level 3. -Somemore u need to bring down all the bed sheets and duvets when u check out. - Not worth the money.
- Bad customer service. Rejected my stay and didn’t provide refund

+ Limpio, ordenado, tiene buen desayuno , muy central, cerca de todo .

Clean, tidy, has a good breakfast, very central, close to everything.
+ El staff es muy gentil, me brindaron información, ayuda, si pudiera les dos 6 estrellas!
- Tuve algunos inconvenientes con lo “automático de las puertas”, por suerte fue en horario donde el staff atendía y lo solucionaron pero me pasó un par de veces usando la app Goki
The staff is very kind, they gave me information, help, if I could both 6 stars! i had some issues with the "automatic doors", luckily it was during the time when the staff was attending and they fixed it but i spent a couple of times using the Goki app

+ Muy limpio y el personal de recepción muy amable. Buena relación precio calidad (por eso es barato)
- Si ese es el desayuno no deberían ni incluirlo. Solamente Pan.
+ La ragazza in portineria molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è a cinque minuti dalla fermata per prendere il bus per l’aereoporto (skybus) e vicino ad altre attrazioni.
- Non mi è piaciuto che la cucina apre alle 8:00. Troppo tardi per chi vuole visitare la città (i tour per i 12 Apostles iniziano presto) o se si ha la partenza molto presto la mattina, quindi non si ha la possibilità di prendere il proprio cibo dal frigo.

+ Den Umständen entsprechend war es ganz gut, das Hostel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
- Die Doppelstockbetten waren etwas klapperig, alles etwas eng, wie das üblicherweise so ist

+ Very close to southern cross, amenities are pretty good & breakfast is a nice touch. Nothing fancy but still appreciated.
- All the codes for everything is annoying to remember and type in every time but also not the end of the world.
+ Great location, rooms were reasonably clean, door locks were good
- Worst pillow I've ever tried to sleep on, including a pair of rolled up jeans
+ Close to Southern Cross bus station.
- Not that I didn't like, it was nostalgic as it reminded me of hosteling in the 1980's.
+ Está muy bien ubicado y el personal que atiende son excelentes personas
- Hay que llevar toallas, jabón, shampoo. He estado en otros Backpaker y en las duchas incluyen esto y no estaba preparada. Pero no fue un problema.

- As someone who is a little older , I didn't like sleeping on a top bunk. Found it hard getting up and down.
