- I denounce the receptionist Katy because of her disrespectful behavior.

+ Reception staff were friendly.

- Dirty room, smelling really bad. Beds were too small and not comfi to stay. There was just two lockers in a 4 room beds, also no plugs to recharge cellphones. It was defitetly the worst hostel I ever stay. There is others options nearby for just a few bucks more.

- The warehouse was robbed and everyone's luggage was stolen

+ Limpio, ordenado, tiene buen desayuno , muy central, cerca de todo .

- Nada todo muy bien , volvería de todas maneras .

+ El staff es muy gentil, me brindaron información, ayuda, si pudiera les dos 6 estrellas!

- Tuve algunos inconvenientes con lo “automático de las puertas”, por suerte fue en horario donde el staff atendía y lo solucionaron pero me pasó un par de veces usando la app Goki

+ The environment

+ Muy limpio y el personal de recepción muy amable. Buena relación precio calidad (por eso es barato)

- Si ese es el desayuno no deberían ni incluirlo. Solamente Pan.

+ La ragazza in portineria molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è a cinque minuti dalla fermata per prendere il bus per l’aereoporto (skybus) e vicino ad altre attrazioni.

- Non mi è piaciuto che la cucina apre alle 8:00. Troppo tardi per chi vuole visitare la città (i tour per i 12 Apostles iniziano presto) o se si ha la partenza molto presto la mattina, quindi non si ha la possibilità di prendere il proprio cibo dal frigo.

+ Friendly hostel with a great atmosphere!

+ Den Umständen entsprechend war es ganz gut, das Hostel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

- Die Doppelstockbetten waren etwas klapperig, alles etwas eng, wie das üblicherweise so ist

+ Very close to southern cross, amenities are pretty good & breakfast is a nice touch. Nothing fancy but still appreciated.

- All the codes for everything is annoying to remember and type in every time but also not the end of the world.

+ Great location, rooms were reasonably clean, door locks were good

- Worst pillow I've ever tried to sleep on, including a pair of rolled up jeans

+ Close to Southern Cross bus station.

- Not that I didn't like, it was nostalgic as it reminded me of hosteling in the 1980's.

+ Está muy bien ubicado y el personal que atiende son excelentes personas

- Hay que llevar toallas, jabón, shampoo. He estado en otros Backpaker y en las duchas incluyen esto y no estaba preparada. Pero no fue un problema.

+ Localização excelente!

- A cama era barulhenta

+ The room was clean, fresh sheets extra. For the price was great

- As someone who is a little older , I didn't like sleeping on a top bunk. Found it hard getting up and down.
