HORRIBLE - WORST NIGHT EVER Je crois que cet hôtel a oublié que but est de dormir. 1) Presque impossible de dormir de la nuit. Placé près de la porte d'entrée nous avons entendu tout a long de la nuit les bruits de la porte qui s'ouvre et des gens qui marchent. TRÈS MAL INSONORISE. Mais le pire est lorsque la porte d'entrée se ferme. Elle claque et fait vibrer les cloisons. Un calvaire. Non posso valutare la qualità della struttura e del soggiorno perché la struttura ha cancellato la mia prenotazione fatta per conto di una mia amica alle 4:00 del mattino, con soltanto una mail. A detta loro la carta non era valida, quando in realtà l'avevano già verificata in fase di prenotazione. If I could to take this star, I was take it from them. My girlfriend and me arrived there on 20.03.2022, We booked for 4 days and the price includes a breakfast. Expensive, rooms are really tiny, you can hear all conversations of other guests arriving, common toilets are inconvenient, breakfast is on a separate building and it is not buffet - it turns out to be good but very slow. The place feels like a prison, not a hotel.

Wouldn’t recommend - the pods are tiny and are advertised as for 2 people. Upon arriving and seeing the situation I asked if I could change and was quite impolitely told no before I emailed and management intervened. I also misplaced an Airpod in the room and received no assistance in finding it or responses to my email in relation to this at all. Unfortunately, these pods are way too small. It's advertised on the website that it can fit two people, however, it doesn't. Due to the lack of proper stairs, since we were in a top pod, my fiancé fell off the bed and became injured as a result. We spent the entirety of our visit with him in pain and we were not able to enjoy our time there. There was a constant stench of cannabis in our pod and the separate bathrooms weren't ideal being on the top pod. We will not be returning.

Posting about a stay we had recently. My best friend made the booking for a two night stay in Amsterdam. Didn’t love this accommodation. The pods are really small, much smaller than you’d imagine and the cleanliness was awful. Bathrooms smelled water pressure was bad and lots of hair everywhere. Check in woman was snooty and rude.
