Pint on Punt Backpackers

- They advertise free parking and its fake they dont have, kitchen and eating area are the smallest i have seen in a hostel, i didnt even sleep the night i went to airbnb, i tried to sleep but everyone in the room where talking on the phone and making nosie, by far the worse experience i had in a hostel, the staff all good tho

- Basically I have stayed in this hostel and their sister hostel (where I was sexually assaulted by one of their guest) the management on the pint on punt has made a cowardly decision to kick me out of this hostel for no good reason other than I had supposedly made some people uncomfortable. When I asked him what I had done he said I can’t tell you….No discussion was made I was just thrown out onto the street. He also lied about evicting me! And refuses to give me his managers details. He told me Agoda made the mistake with their booking website and that the pint on punt was booked out for the duration of my booking. He then cowardly wrote an email that I am not welcome there. It’s disgusting behaivour.

+ Rien c’était très sale ! Avec des panneaux d’interdiction de nourriture dans les chambres et le salon car il y avait des souris ! Ayant peur des souris en général j’ai donc très mal dormi !

- Il y avait du bruit pendant 2 h toutes les nuits par des français et étrangers au premier étage bourrés et qui parlaient très fort j’ai dû intervenir pour qu’ils aillent se coucher ! Soit disant il y a des manager de nuit mais je n’en ai pas vu la couleur

+ Racist management! Hostile and disrespectful. Cancelled my reservation and told me to wait for refund. Left me stranded. They won’t accept driving license for check in and passport because I was not white.

- Shit staff. Shit attitude. Disrespectful. One of the staff took my Guinness out of my hand while I was drinking it out the front and tipped it out on the ground. I’m missing items that I came there with? Had the worst room mate, absolutely putrid! Stay away

+ Bar is nice . That’s all.

- On the first day, some guests were making noise in the kitchen area, and even after 12 o'clock I couldn't sleep because of loud voices and laughter. The area smelled like marijuana. I complained to the hostel the next day, and it was quiet that night. The staff apologized. The bad manners of the guests are noticeable. This is the first time I've stayed at such a bad hostel. There were many long-term guests, and there was rotten food in the room.

- The room stank horrendously - I couldn’t stay a second night The “breakfast” was Costco rice puffs and roast - extremely below expectations Check in was frustrating - no one was there so I had to call, then the manager was there the whole time - it was poorly managed. There were no sheets on the bed or pillow cases - very unhygienic

+ I can’t say enough good things about this business. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of their work is exceptional, the team is always friendly and helpful, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Their team is dedicated to providing the best service possible, and it shows in every interaction. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by this company. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The receptionists Montse and Tatiana are kind, friendly, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces, Matteo, Eva and Louvisa are super nice and they're really good. The rooms and the common spaces are always clean. I can confidently say that they have earned a lifelong customer.

+ Just a couple of minutes away from a tram and bus stop. The staff was really nice and always helpful, breakfasts were satisfactory (toast + jams/peanut butter) or cereal. There were a lot of alternative milk options 👍👍 bathroom and kitchen were always clean

- Bunk beds aren't very stable and make a lot of noise when you climb the ladder

+ Tutto è stato di mio gradimento, dall'organizzazione, allo staff. Dalla pulizia alla colazione.

- La sera l'atmosfera vivace del pub sottostante può rendere più difficile il riposo

+ Very friendly and great location. Free breakfast is great and tv room was cozy
