- Le bruit !!!!! Des travaux dans l'hotel en pleine nuit!
+ Eerlijk gezegd niets.
- Dit was één van de slechtste hotelervaringen in mijn leven. De kamer leek op een kist zo klein was ze – je kon je amper bewegen. De badkamer en het toilet waren gedeeld, wat helemaal niet duidelijk overeenkwam met de verwachtingen. Het leek totaal niet op de foto’s op de website. De prijs was bovendien extreem hoog voor wat je krijgt. Toen ik aangaf dat ik bereid was extra te betalen voor een grotere kamer (ik heb last van benauwdheid en paniekaanvallen in kleine ruimtes), werd mij gezegd dat er geen enkele andere kamer beschikbaar was in het hele hotel. Er werd ook geen moeite gedaan om mee te denken of te helpen. Zeer teleurstellend.

+ Literally nothing. The worst by far. They did allow me to shorten my stay from 4 nights to 1 but that is it!
- The value, the location, the staff, the room, literally everything was appalling. My room was minuscule and was over priced. The lock failed so I was locked outside of it. I am an architect and know design and it is ugly and dated, but the worst by far is how poorly my daughter and I were treated. I felt I was being mocked. Strange for a city full of wonderful people. Believe me I never leave a bad review (why hurt a business?) but I feel compelled to warn others. Fortunately I was able to book another place in the heart of the city last minute for cheaper with larger, cleaner and better rooms and a really nice staff. Yikes!!!

+ Nothing, we didn’t stay there, the staff were rude and the room/toilet/shower was dirty and littered with pubic hair, we were there no longer than 10 minutes before deciding to book another hotel ( the ruby emma hotel) which was so much nicer and worth the money.

+ L’entrer de l’hôtel très salle, mégots par terre, détritus. Personnelles du soir très mal polie avec un regard négatif. Odeurs d’égouts dans les toilettes on a dû demander une nouvelles chambre à cause des mauvaises odeurs . Sauna et jacuzzi toujours plein , pas de place garantie .

Such a cool hotel! Loved the overall vibe and the views were so impressive!! They have free hot tubs and sauna for guests in the rooftop, which was a pleasant surprise (make sure to bring bathing suits!). However, a very big downside was that the AC in the room could not be turned off nor regulated… we slept every night in the freezing cold (we told the reception and they were very kind to switch our room, but the condition was the same, so I believe it’s the standard in every room).
really beautiful place. it's not far to get to Amsterdam centraal, a nice walk or metro usually available. the whole vibe of the place is awesome. didn't get to spend enough time here, hopefully I'll be back soon.
+ Hottub op het dak. Excentrieke inrichting. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Beddengoed was prima en handdoeken waren ook meer dan voldoende.
- Het was wat sober en kil. Ook het ontbijt en parkeren vond ik best prijzig en maakte het geheel alsnog duur. De overnachting zelf was qua prijs en kwaliteit prima.
+ Leuk hotel in het centrum van Amsterdam. Ruime kamers (wij hadden kamernummer 427) fantastisch uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel. De warme baden en sauna op het dak waren supercool. Ontbijt ook prima, wederom with a view. Heel goed bereikbaar met auto en ov.
- Wat het nog extra af zou maken is een koelkastje op de kamer en koffie/thee-setje.

+ The food in the lobby was amazing, the coffee was one of our favorites. The co-working space was perfect as we also needed to work. The baths upstairs were amazing.
- In the shared space, the beds were a bit sturdy, and for two people the space in the cabin is too tight. There is no natural air coming the room, which caused us to feel sick at night.

+ Its like m 3rd time staying there. Every year when the cisco live was. The groundfloor with the co-working space and the noce caffe - bar thing with food is great!! The rooms are nice. Clean. Nothing special just perfect. Only thing i would never use, when i visit with my girlfriend.. the smal single bed double room has like a glaswindow into the bathroom... Right nice view when someone takes a dump... Thats a big no no for me.
- The glas betwen the bed and the bathroom. No one. Absolutely no one wants to watch the partner take a dump...

+ This hotel is fantastic: it has great ambience and vibe, great cafe in the lobby on the ground floor and lovely view from the rooftop. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub and very good quality shampoo and shower gel. It's also very well connected with the city center and key train stations. We liked the hotel so much that we wanted to extend our stay but it was already fully booked!
- Everything was great, so there wasn't anything that I disliked. The breakfast buffet is standard, so I'd only recommend it if you want to have a quick breakfast from the comfort of the hotel.
