Hotel that became hostel because no one was booking. Make shift structure with rude staff.

The guy working at night is so rude. One of the girls went to him because the air conditioning wasn’t working. When she was at the reception desk he said they are there right now checking on it. No one ever came and he didn’t believe that it wasn’t working so we all went to the desk and he was refusing to give us fans. The next day someone came and the air still wasn’t fixed and they only left one fan for 8 girls. brought it to his attention that the shower wasn’t draining and was Neve...

Is this what I payed 70€ for?!?!! This is just ridiculous. The room was infested with ants. I felt them in my sleep. The room was nothing special, just a hotel room stuffed with bunk beds. I don’t know what I payed 70 for.

Terrible service, screwed us over on our reservation. Will not be back and strongly recommend against staying here in Sorrento.

Staff was extremely rude and charged me an extra 45€ charge for no reason

Did not like my stay here. Ok location. The air conditioner didn’t work, there was mold in the bathroom, ants coming onto my bed and shower had ants. I could not sleep because of how stuffy the room was. Disappointed

Overall negative experience. Just a room in the basement with some bunk beds thrown into it. Ours had mould growing in the bathroom and an ant infestation. There is also no indoor communal space so if the weather is bad you have no choice but to sit in your room. Staff were okay but it seems they treated us different than they treat the hotel guests. The pool is the only upside to this place.

The bathroom had mold on the rough and would leak all over the floor. The bathroom door also wouldn’t look or would lock sometimes or not even close. The air conditioner was on a timer and would turn off every thirty minutes which the staff wouldn’t change. They had put a fan in there but it was still so hot and stuffy with no window. The pool area was nice though

In my room for the women’s hostel there was black mold all along the top of the shower and in the bathroom. They did not properly maintain and clean the rooms/bathroom so the floors were extremely dirty, drains clogged, and the trash was overflowing. However, the staff was extremely nice and the outside area was pleasant too.

Good location and staff were friendly and informative. The dorm was smelly, dirty and hot with only 1 AC unit in an 8 bed dorm. The pool was lovely and clean. The dorm had no proper windows it felt like a dungeon. One bathroom between 8 was difficult, dirty. Only stayed one night.

Feels more like a hotel than hostel. If you get the right people in your room you'll neet people but if not there is no common space to meet others. The pool was great and they had breakfast (extra cost). No laundry. Wifi worked and room was fine, felt safe as solo female. Will stay again.

Lovely place, nice and clean and friendly staff. Only 20 minute walk into the centre. Just not the most social place and because it’s mostly a hotel doesn’t have the best hostel facilities.

That was my best Hostel experience ever so beautiful so clean . Thank for good and nice service and behavior of staff. They also offered me Bout tour and was very helpful and friendly I will definitely go back there

Was a great hostel, has use of pool and that from hotel. Restaurant went there three nights in a row, first night good and hot, second found a fly, third one of my meals were cold. The facilities are good however can be tricky if someone is showering and someone needs the bathroom, could be waiting awhile. Otherwise pretty good value

No me gustó la atención de la chica, no me quiso cambiar la cama pese a la disponibilidad que había y que son las mismas camas para todos. Solo le pedí estar en la litera de abajo y no quiso ayudarme. Por lo demás excelente lugar, muy lindo, cómodo, tranquilo.

Super cute little place. Definitely not social. It’s more of a hostel in a hotel. The pool area is great however. The location is about a 20 min walk away from the “centre” in Sorrento.

Stayed at Florida Hostel and Hotel in Sorrento (mostly signed as Florida Hotel). It’s really a hotel with shared rooms, not a social hostel. My bunk bed room for three with a shared bathroom was clean and fine for sleeping. Staff were friendly and their Capri day trip recommendation was amazing. Good for rest, but not for meeting other travelers.

Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und ein echtes Highlight für mich gewesen. Auch der Zitronengarten war einfach herrlich! Die Betten im Mehrbettzimmer waren eher einfach und etwas zu klein, aber das hat meinem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan. Große Empfehlung!

The hostel was in an hotel environment so it was perfect for my staying. Really close to the main Avenue Corso Italia and the bus/train station. Breakfast was not included but by a small fee you had a caffe with croissant If I return, would love to come back here!

El mejor sin dudas, la calidez, la amabilidad volveré más que seguro

Loved having access to the hotel facilities (pool, bar & restaurant). Staff were lovely and always happy to help. Only 1 bathroom per room and common area bathrooms are in main building which was quite a walk away from dorm room. This was a challenge in an 8 bed female dorm all trying to get ready.

ambiance agréable, se situe à 20min à pied du centre ville, chambre spacieuse mais on ne pouvait ouvrir aucune fenêtre donc l'humidité et la chaleur s'accumulaient heureusement que je n'y étais pas en plein été, il n'y a pas de volets non plus et une lampe était allumée devant la fenêtre le soir. Cependant le personnel est ouvert et à l'écoute.

Muy lindo y limpio el lugar, dormi en la sección hostel, en habitación compartida. El cubrecama estaba medio sucio. El resto la verdad que 10 puntos. Muy buena atención

The staff were so helpful, the accommodations were clean and enjoyable. The pool was so relaxing and the location was great! Highly recommend!!

Honestly, very normal place. Nothing really special about it. Quite far and not much to do or where to eat around. Long walking distance from the station. And could be cheaper for what it offers. It wasn’t super clean, maybe the sheets were dirty so my allergies went crazy. But nice bathroom in the 4 bed dorm. I am not annoyed, just indifferent because this place wasn’t that special to me. But Sorrento is very nice and worth even more than 2 nights.
