- Neuslovne sobe , to nisu sobe to su kutije , imate dva tipa soba , gdje je krevet uz plafon ili gdje je krevet na pod i iznad vas je sifonjer.

+ The location was the really own good part and the 2 staff members that were there when I checked in. The other staff members were quite rude!
- The housekeeping. The bathrooms had tissue paper on the floors the majority of the time. The sinks always had water around them to the point of dripping down the counters. The room I was in had garbage falling over the top and was not emptied until I ask!!! And then some liquid spilled punt on floor and was left there to dry! There were 2 empty coke bottles on a table that were there when I got there and there when I left! When I extended my stay the receptionist attempted to overcharge me so when I realized it I insisted she refund my card! When I went back 2 days later to pay I guess someone informed her to could only charge me what was quoted!!

- Pessima esperienza. Ho contratto un infezione probabilmente da acari: sulle braccia, mani, guancia, schiena e glutei. Non c erano lenzuola ma si dormiva direttamente sul coprimaterasso ruvido che, insieme ai cuscini, era tutto lurido, puzzolente e INFETTO. Piumoni elettrizzati tanto da produrre piccole scariche elettriche luminose. Bagni sporchi. Nessuna disponibilità del personale che si è dimostrato ostile. Aria condizionata a palla (fredda) e rumorosa. Colazione E. 15: troppo costosa. Nell armadio mancavano gli appendini. Prese wifi inefficenti: obbligatorio caricare da presa elettrica, situata lontano dalla visibilità, stando a letto. Costi inferiori con prenotazione diretta: FALSO. VOTO TOTALE: 0. MAI PIÙ. - После первой ночи я поняла, что на мне укусы клопов. Меня переселили в другой номер и дали жетонов на стирку и сушку. Но я сразу почитала законы, попросила встречу с менеджерам и написала досудебную претензию. Менеджер все время отодвигала встречу, просто передавая мне инфу через админа стойки. Но я настаивала и встретилась, передала ей информацию о том, что мне нужна медицинская помощь и компенсация зараженных вещей. Также я попросила уведомить соседей того номера и переселить их и обработать номера. Меня переселили, но в новом номере опять были клопы, у них эпидемия и заражены разные секторы. Мою претензию отклонили, а также я узнала, что соседям ни слова не сказали. Когда я попыталась обработать мои вещи, то выяснилось, что у них на стиральной машине нет режима высоких температур, а утюг настолько с нагаром, что гладить вещи невозможно. Про клопов они знают давно, ни один из сотрудников не удивился. И прям было видно, что у них есть стандартные фразы для этой ситуации. Отель пообещал вернуть деньги, но букинг пока говорит, что им не поступало информации. К сожалению клопов заметить трудно, к большинства людей укусы проходят к утру. Но у меня аллергическая реакция и я сразу понимаю, что они есть. Отель ничего не делает, а чисто работает в надежде, что большинство не заметит. На мне около 30 укусов. Клопов там прям много.

- Sauberkeit der Nasszellen. Katastrophe. Ventilator in der "Hütte" hat nicht funktioniert. Keine Bereitschaft zum umbuchen oder 100 € dazu bezahlen. Aufstieg zum Bett sehr gefährlich. Ganzes Hotel nicht barrierefrei. Koffer nur über Treppen tragen. Nur für junge Leute zu empfehlen.
+ La localisation et l’espace rooftop
- La propreté des sanitaires est à revoir mais de toute façon ils s’en fichent royalement quand on voit le nombre de commentaires à ce sujet. Les salle de bain et toilettes sont extrêmement sales et n’ont jamais été lavés en 24h. Je ne me suis pas lavé du fait de la crasse qu’il y avait. Risque de punaises de lit après avoir eu plusieurs retours à ce sujet dans certaines cabines. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.

- Me han estafado, pagué por una carpa la cual entré y habían insectos, le reclamé para que me hicieran una devolución ya que no dormí allí y no me respondieron. Esto es una ESTAFA!!
+ Location, is not far from center, common areas are nice, as well as lockers
- Was not clear that we would be sleeping in a tent… i think of ibis and 100€ a night I expect a room… Instead we ended up in a tent located in the 7th floor balcony, that seemed like a sauna, at least put a big fan that blow the heat please. To sleep i had to ask in the front desk for some ice and hug it. Not worth 100€ and didn’t have any other room available at the time

It's great but too expensive.
Great location (5 min walk from centre), pods are spacious, great facilities (plenty of toilets and showers), nice kitchen area, nice balcony overlooking some of the city with a view of the castle. Would stay again. Good value for money.
In the private rooms you can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring rooms, it is as if the walls were made out of cardboard. The atmosphere wasn’t that social, but the hostel has everything you would need (private showers, gym, a terrace and etc.)
Really loved the location and ease of the place. Female and shared bathrooms were all clean. The terrace is great and has such lovely views. At hostels I have always had a member of staff show me round, which this hostel missed - especially when it had 3 people on reception. Most evenings were quiet but the walls are thin, so pack earplugs. Sadly the last night a school trip checked in and young children were stampeding around at 2am then spent the morning making just as much noise.

La ubicación era muy buena la verdad. El hostel en sí es muy bonito y está bien equipado. Pero la limpieza de los baños deja mucho que desear. Siempre que ibas estaban sucios. Además para salir tenías que bajar en ascensor pero siempre había cola de la cantidad de personas y por las escaleras no era una opción por que al llegar a unas de las plantas estaba bloqueada y necesitas seguir en ascensor.
The location was really very good. the hostel itself is very nice and well equipped. but the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. as long as the toilets were dirty. also to get out you had to get off in the elevator but there was always a line of people and by the stairs was not an option because when you get to one of the floors it was blocked and you need to continue in the elevator.
They do not make it clear that the "cabin" style rooms have no windows. The airflow was very poor and made for a rather suffocating few nights. The bathrooms were also quite unclean.
Nice hotel, but no atmosphere and not social. Ultimately it’s good for cheap privacy and not for making friends!
All in all, I had a very pleasant stay at the Fuzzy Log. The staff were very pleasant, the amenities were amenable and I would definitely stay here again.
Definitely one of the best hostels 🤝

only stayed here a night in one of the capsules to recharge, but it had everything you could want in terms of facilities. not very social, but thats just the nature of the hostel. would recommend if you're just passing through!
Such a charming hostel and great value for money. The breakfast is quite good as well. I enjoyed having a private pod to myself and the staff were very accommodating. I’ve returned multiple times.
