- Pésima atención y solución del personal, me hicieron pasar un muy mal rato

- Very noisy. The windows dont stop the noise from the street nor from inside the hotel where they hold loud music. A the service was not very customer oriented to say the least

- El servicio. La falta de experiencia de la recepción. Nos trataron muy mal.

- Personal de recepción sin experiencia ni empatia hacia el huésped, mostraron una actitud bastante difícil frente a la situación que a mi esposa se le perdieron los documentos y no permitieron que ella se registrara con el pase de conducción ni un documento en digital. Tenía que ser la cedula a las 9 de la noche o el pasaporte cuando se explico lo que habia pasado. Se pusieron agresivos y nos sacaron.

+ La comida deliciosa pero la atención fue pésima

- Llegué de un viaje internacional el día viernes 3 de octubre y en el momento de arreglarme la habitación las señoras del servicio tomaron atrevidamente 2 souvenirs , hice el reclamo en repetidas ocasiones pero fueron negligentes para darme respuesta , a tal instancia que entre entré en desespero y la solución fue según el encargado amenazarme con llamar la policía , a lo que me adelanto yo y la llamo primero … Para que por medio de ellos me dieran solucion , y efectivamente me la dieron pero por la última

- I traveled with my entire family—my aunts, cousins, and sister—to this location. The reservation was made from the USA by my parents, and it was under my mother’s name. When we arrived, we were denied entry because they required a notarized letter from our parents giving permission for my aunts to accompany us, even though we were all together and obviously a family group. My mother was on the phone with the staff, trying to send the permission letter immediately, but they insisted it had to be notarized. It was already 7:00 PM, we had all our luggage with us, and my younger sister was in tears, begging to be let in. Still, they showed no compassion or flexibility. We were left stranded and had to sleep in a motel in Colombia. This was an incredibly traumatic and disappointing experience. The lack of empathy and refusal to work with us—despite having the reservation, identification, and phone confirmation from our mother—was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family traveling with minors or relying on international bookings.

- Habitación interior con vistas a un patio y a la entrada del ascensor.Realmente era un escaparate. Muy muy ruidosa por la noche, ruido de música,de la calle,de aviones despegando….. El desayuno escaso y mal servido.Primero la tostada al rato el café, al rato la tostada de mi acompañante y necesitaba un mínimo de una hora para tomar un café y una tostada…muy lentos y desorganizados.

- The staff were not attentive They didn't check us in on time so we left A number of the activities for kids were broken

+ The room price was decent for the area. I like the view from the rooftop and the food on the rooftop is excellent especially the Gorditas. The service on the rooftop was very nice. The pool is heated. The area where the hotel is located in, Laureles, is good for restaurants and shopping. While the best part with all the nice restaurants is a good 20 to 30 minute walk away, there is a large mall right by the hotel, which has a lot of nice shops and a food court. The area is very green with trees.

- There are a lot of homeless people in the area, so they keep one side of the hotel locked. The worst part is the street overpass that is about a block away with homeless tents underneath it. A few beggars wait outside the front door by the trees. I felt unsafe. The noise from the street is so loud the hotel provides earplugs. The room safe was broken. Reception said I could go on a bike tour the hotel offers and that I should go get cash to pay for the tour. When I returned 1 hour later, they tell me that the tour was canceled. I would sit and wait for 10 or 20 minutes just to talk to reception because they would be staring at a screen. The worst of all is the night security guard. He was extremely obnoxious and rude. When I tried to talk about my complaints to the staff at reception, they would basically just nod their heads and give me a fake “understanding” smile. There was no attempted resolution and no sorry given. Basically you’re on your own. It’s not a professional hotel and if you want a real hotel, I would recommend somewhere else. This company that runs the hotel also runs hostels and tour groups; that’s basically how it’s run. It’s like a hostel but bills itself as a semi luxury hotel. It looks and is decorated like a hostel as well. With interior rooms be very careful because they have no balcony and look into the indoor lobby. Larger rooms have balconies that look outside but a lot of noise. My room was considered a junior suite & had no closet at all and about four hangers, and the room to hang clothes was very minimal and was located in a nook in the middle of the wall between the two windows. It’s just very odd and uncomfortable. The bed was also very hard. I don’t like giving a bad review, but I really dislike this hotel. It has the vibe & decor of a dorm or hostel that has been turned into a hotel. Decor is touristic and tacky. Plastic plants in the rooms.

+ WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. It is basically a hostile, and they charged us for 4 nights when we only stayed 1 night. We had to leave because the noise was so bad. Los Patios is surrounded by two major highways that had traffic noise and car horns blasting all night. They claimed to have noise-canceling doors and windows, but that was only one of the many false advertisements. The noise was not canceled and was only amplified by the rooftop parties. They don’t have any after hours reception, so no one was able to address any concerns after we checked in later in the day. We reserved a two bed room to accommodate our travel group, but there was not a second bed, nor where there any sheets or blankets for the couch they claimed was a bed. Finally, the smell was almost unbearable. Both the bathroom and the 7th floor wreaked of sewage. If I were to summarize our experience, it was like trying to sleep in the middle of a rock concert: loud, hot, stinky, uncomfortable. We have been traveling in Colombia for two weeks, and this was by far the worst travel experience we’ve had in this country, and in any other. Everyone and every other hotel in Colombia has been wonderful.

- In the night you can not bring a guest with you even you have your own big room. The guests need to be registered, but in the night there is no possibility to register because the system is closed

- Bathroom is tiny. No place to put stuff and the toilets are very small. Quite noisy. Breakfast is minimal service. Don’t be hungry. Small plate of omelets or very small avocado bread.

+ Grandes chambres, propre, moderne et confortable. La piscine chauffée sur le toit est parfaite pour apprécier le coucher de soleil. Emplacements correct pour se balader dans le quartier de Laureles.

- Le paiement par carte rajoute 10% sur le prix total di séjour et les personnes a l’accueil ne nous ont pas précisé cela. Pas de geste commercial possible. Privilégier les paiements en espèces pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise.

+ Exagerado el tiempo de servicio para desayunar más de 40 minutos … Incluso devi atenderme yo mismo después de 40 minutos

- Se nota la usencia de líder o gerente

+ Ładne pokoje, pyszne śniadania, fajny basen na dachu oraz bar i restauracja, rownież można kupić piwo/napoje na recepcji.

+ Es war sauber und das Frühstück war für Kolumbien relativ gut wenn auch zu wenig wie überall in Kolumbien. Die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr gut.

- Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, die meisten Zimmer gehen auf einen Innenhof ohne Aussicht und es liegt an einer lauten Straße. Die Zimmer sind laut.

+ La pasamos muy bien, excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación y la comida deliciosa, un personal muy amable, espero pronto volver. Gracias desde Costa Rica

- Creo que todas las habitaciones debería tener una refrigeradora pequeña ya que casi todos los que viajamos siempre compramos cosas que necesitan refrigerarse.

+ Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und man merkt, dass sie einem einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglichen wollen. Sie haben einfach immer ein Lächeln, sind sehr zuvorkommend und sind sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Im obersten Stock (8. Stock) ist ein hauseigener Pool mit Restaurant, welches sehr leckere Gerichte und gute Drinks parat hat zu einem angemessenen Preis. Die Barkeeper sind immer offen für nette Gesprächen sowie auch Tipps zum Erkunden von Medellín. Unten im Erdgeschoss gibt es Frühstück, das sehr lecker ist (inklusive sind zB Cafe und Orangensaft sowie verschiedene Frühstücksgerichte). Die Lage erscheint sehr gut und zentral.

+ The breakfast was great we tried something different everyday and was happy with it all. The hotel was very clean amd the staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful.

+ Hele behulpzame en lieve mensen. Goede plek om te werken en tegelijkertijd wat van Medellin te zien. De locatie zelf vond ik wat minder door de drukke straat aan de voorzijde. Verder echt een prima verblijf voor een paar nachten.
