Hotel Suite del Parque

+ Nada muy feo

- Al entrar al cuarto había una cucaracha muerta las paredes sucias, el baño en mal estado

- Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de una de las recepcionistas y camarera. La habitación, cama y cobija llena de cabello.

+ Solo la ubicación

- Habitaciones sin aire, sin ascensor, ofrecen desayuno y hay que ir a tomarlo a otro lado

+ Las instalaciones son lindas

- El personal, atiende super mal, la recepcionista del día es súper mala para atender además le gusta el chisme. Siempre tengo buenos comentarios de todos los hoteles donde me quedo pero esa recepciónista de verdad que deberían enseñarle wntica laboral y que no se meta en cosas personales de los huéspedes. Porque o si no se quedan sin clientes. Ya me habían dicho algo así pero no hice caso porque no pensé que fuera real hasta que si es verdad.

It’s impossible to sleep here. The rooms have no windows, only a small vent facing the hallway, which is a major issue because (as happened all night) if someone walks by at 10, 11, 12, or any time in the morning, you’ll hear everything echoing as if they were speaking directly into your ear. If someone is at the reception—like yesterday, when a very rude lady was watching TikTok and videos—you’ll hear it as if you were wearing headphones. The humidity in this place is unbearable. We couldn’t sleep all night. They charge way too much just to stay in a room that feels like it’s only separated from the noise by cardboard. It’s a nightmare if you actually want to sleep. The room feels enclosed, yet all we expected was silence. The receptionist doesn’t even bother asking guests to keep their voices down while heading to their rooms. In short, if you want to sleep, don’t stay at this place.

- No había mesita para trabajar. Las fotos son mentira.

+ El desayuno es delicioso!

- Durante mi estadía el personal de apoyo en limpieza ingresó a mi cuarto justo mientras estaba por entrar a la ducha. El edificio genera mucho eco y en la madrugada los riudos de las demás habitaciones me perturbaron. Solicité dos cobijas porque hacía mucho frío ante lo cual se me facilitó solamente una.

- Las ventanas son Abiertas y se escucha todo el ruido de las personas que pasan por el pasillo

- Una discusión de una pareja hospedada en la habitación contigua tuvo que llegar la policía y sacaron al hombre que estaba golpeando a la pareja y después el tipo volvió y el hotel lo dejó ingresar nuevamente como si no hubiera pasado nada. Eso no me gustó porque expuso nuestra seguridad aceptando nuevamente a ese tipo.

- Falta arreglo en varias cosas, se ve deteriorado

+ Ubicación, amabilidad del personal.

+ Si excelente el lugar y estaba cerca de todo, me encantó la atención del personal y la atención.

- Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais Nous sommes restés coincés dehors avec personne à l'accueil un soir à 22h. Il serait bon de donner un code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel en cas d'absence du personnel à l'accueil. Heureusement qu'une dame nous a entendu taper à la porte de sa chambre pour nous dire de nous adresser à l'hôtel d'à côté sinon je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais les céréales et le chocolat sont trop sucrées Des restaurants autour mais un peu loin du métro et du bruit dans la rue surtout le samedi soir
