Hostel Beautiful

Not bad. I actually had a nice stay, the reviews worried me but I didnt see any bed bugs in my dorm and the place was pretty clean. there was AC 2/3 of the nights I was there. I might have just got lucky, but i had a good stay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL!!! The toilet was broken, wifi did not reach the room but bed bugs were the biggest problem!!! I was COVERED in bites and I was dismissed by staff!!! I was told I would speak with the manager who never showed, then promised a reply via email from the manager who never replied!!! Staff do not care that they are providing below par services and facilities and will not respond to my emails!!! Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere, don’t waste your time.

Great that it’s close to the train station but still a long walk to get into the centre. The wifi doesn’t work in your room at all. The kitchen only has a fridge and kettle. Bed Bugs! Bathroom really stank like pee. Expensive for what you get

The location of the hostel and the staff are nice and helpful but that's about it. The bathroom was dark and dirty, the flush panel for the toilet had been ripped off the wall along with the toilet seat being snapped in half. Hardly ever hot water and on my second night there, a bed bug crawled across my pillow. Low price and good location but if you find yourself staying here then make sure your bbag stays away from the beds and be prepared for a cold shower.

Bed bugs, no ac, no hot water and the shower was coming off the wall when I stayed , both doors to the building and hostel door were unlocked when I came back at 5am the room does have a lock. If u want a cheap room to rough it out for a night that’s what you get I suppose.

Despite what other reviews say, I didn't have any bedbugs and the room was clean! The rooms were warm as there's no AC and having the windows open weren't enough to keep it cool. Other than the heat, I've no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful :) really good location, have a few issues with charging points in the common room but worked fine in bedroom

Do not stay here. The first night we checked into our reservation for the dorms but we got “upgraded” ton private because the hot water or something in the dorms weren’t working. However the private was dirty and disgusting as well as smelling like sweat all night. The second night we got moved to the dorms which were newer and nicer, EXCEPT, no hot water, and BED BUGS, I got bitten so so badly.

The pillows and beds had bedbugs, we had to spend the night somewhere else because they didn't solve it and they didn't refund the money that was paid for the nights. Don't stay in this place!!!!!
