+ Nothing apart from the location.
- We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a family room, but upon arrival we were given two separate rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. We were traveling with our 11-year-old twin boys, and while we did not mind having two rooms, they needed to be adjacent. We raised this issue with the reception, but they were unable to help. To make matters worse, the rooms were extremely hot. When we requested assistance to adjust the temperature, we were told that no technician was available during the night to fix the issue.

- The place was filthy for a start. The carpets in the bedroom don’t look like they’ve been cleaned since the property was built… Arrived around 1400 to check-in once we finally checked in we made our way to the bar where we were told that the bar was closed and there was no option of having a drink, even though there was multiple free staff to make us a drink. The answer I got from the young lad at reception was no you can’t have a drink until 4 o’clock There was a water fountain and a coffee machine, which I would describe as terrible tasting coffee The facility was that bad. I didn’t even stay the night. We had to check out and find a new hotel. I also complained and asked for a refund for the two nights. I wasn’t there via Booking.com and they still haven’t replied.
+ Staff didn't really help us and gave us the wrong room. Said we'd get a complimentary drink then had us pay each time we went for it.
- Went to dinner and staff never delivered drinks until end of meal by hour 2. Then spilled the drinks and when we went to the bar we're told would be sent to the table. Informed manager and we're told it would be fixed. Food took 1 hr 39 min to get them was cold In addition was an engagement honeymoon and called 3 weeks prior to ensure was a queen bed. Instead had two small twins and facing a building with no view. I confirmed these details and nothing was done and had a baby on either side and above us crying each night. Hotel did nothing to accomadate and didn't even provide the free drinks and gave a beanie hat to say sorry. The correct thing would have been to comp something.
- I have used Booking.com for years. The bedroom was in an attic and access to the bed was on hands and knees. There was no parking place so we parked off the road on the edge of a cliff.

+ Les services de l’hôtel sont très appréciable: salle de jeux et de lecture pour enfants, presse, boissons chaudes à volonté ainsi que les eaux. Frigo et fours à disposition dans les parties communes..Personnel du desk d’accueil toujours très agréable.
- La qualité du petit déjeuner a baissé en particulier ce qui est cuit (œufs, saucisses, pan cake..).Pour le reste il y avait moins de choix que les autres années (nous venons tous les ans), mais c’était très bien.
