+ The location is good
- The shower didn’t work properly, and there was excessive noise at night that made it hard to rest. There were no towels or hair dryer provided, which was very inconvenient. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
+ Sehr zentral, Piccadilly U-Bahn Station war praktisch vor der Tür. Billig.

- It wasn’t clean at all, there were long curly black hairs in the bed, I saw at least three hairs. It was absolutely boiling to the point of feeling suffocating and was so hard to sleep. It was also very noisy with people just having shouting matches at 14:00 in the morning. Which I know isnt the hotels fault but there’s also 0 staff on site to help manage things like that and incentivise guests to remain respectful. Also the emailed instructions on how to get to the hotel were wrong and didn’t take me to capsule. Other people there also got lead astray by misleading email instructions.

- I had booked two seperate pods with my partner. When we got to our pods, other one was taken and the other smelled like urine. The staff apologised and got us new pods which were dusty but adequate. However, they did have stuffy air unless you had a fan on which was very loud. It took a long time to find a toilet that was clean and had paper, and the sink was clogged. I think the biggest problem was that there are too many pods and visitors and not enough cleaning staff. The reception also smelled like urine in the morning when we checked out. I’d say, a bed in a small(er) hostel would be more comfortable and cheaper. In this place, you do get your own pod but it it feels like a hostel with a all the outside noise and it’s even worse since it was so packed and dirty. Only good thing was that the staff was friendly.
- Una decepción absoluta que se sintió como dormir en un campo de concentración, cientos de personas en una misma habitación, un calor insoportable dentro de las cápsulas sin opción de ventilación más allá de abrir la cápsula y estar a la vista de todo el mundo, y eso que era diciembre!!! Había pagado 3 noches y solo me quedé una. Traté de hablar con alguien de personal pero todo es online, nadie a mano para ayudarte a resolver problemas físicamente. Solo me hizo falta una noche para comenzar a buscar desesperadamente (y gastando mucho más dinero por la urgencia) otro lugar en el que dormir con dignidad.
- The room was HOT, no air circulation, very humid. Noisy. The showers were calcified, so the water went into the walls, I could only wash my hair, nothing from the chest down. Ceilings were mouldy. Duty manager didn't care, no actual management available. Booking.com couldnt reach the hotel. Higher management (got mailaddress from staff in the Zedwell nextdoor) didn't respond to my email. I was completely dehydrated when I left the room at 6am. This hotel should be shutdown. Many health and safety issues.

- Smells horrific. Showers are filthy. The floors in the showers are literally so gross they leave your feet black. Showers sides aren't properly washed either- i left a face gem on one to see if it would still be there the next day. It was. My lock was also broken and staff were useless. The mattress was stained with old blood too.

Aardig personeel beneden bij aankomst, erg behulpzaam. Echter, sommigen cocoons kunnen niet allemaal goed op slot (Sloten zijn makkelijk open te draaien, zelfs al heb je er een slotje aan hangen. Óf het slot werkt helemaal niet). Toiletten werden niet goed schoongemaakt. Zeer veel verstopt, sloten kapot, of erg vies. Idem dito met de douches. Wel is de cocoon een fijne plek om te slapen, goed bed en spiegel en lamp zijn fijn. Ook is het top om een kleine airco te hebben in het cocoon!
Friendly staff downstairs on arrival, very helpful. however, some cocoons can't all be good on slot (locks are easy to turn open, even if you have a lock hanging on. or the slot doesn't work at all). toilets are not cleaned well. too much stuffed, locks are broken, or very dirty. i.e. with the showers. well is the cocoon a nice place to sleep, good bed and mirror and lamp are nice. also it is the top to have a small air conditioner in the cocoon!

The absolute worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Disgusting bathrooms, rude staff, NOT safe for storing items and the cubes don’t even fully lock. Even with the locks they provide. Honestly cancel your stay here. It was horrific.
Bring earplugs the staff are so loud making up the beds from about 7:30 in the morning
Overall nice place to stay but genuinely way too hot in the pods, and it’s not even summer. The little fan doesn’t really do anything. I had to have my pod door open, which meant it was very bright.
The distribution of the corridors and the maze of doors seems confusing in case of emergency. The black atmosphere of the corridors is claustrophobic. A white design approach would be much better. The conditions of common areas are not good. Cocoons are difficult to access if there are other customers items. Showers and dressing rooms are not comfortable. In the bathrooms the shelves are to small for personal hygiene items while using the faucets.
If you just want to put your head down somewhere for the night, have a hot shower and emerge into the middle of the city in the morning then this is ideal. If you want to wind down after a long day and sink into a cozy bed then this is not the place for you.
Good for a few days if you're travelling light. Clean showers and toilets. Locking mechanisms on capsules aren't the best. Sheets and bedding clean. Comfortable mattress and pillow. Could however vacuum the dust on the shelf in the cocoon considering the fact that it's an enclosed space and you're breathing there while you sleep
The capsule pods were clean. The washrooms were relatively clean. Staff were responsive to issues in washroom like clogged sink.
I could leave a one star review (they will not let me) I would. This was the most awful experience I’ve had in my life. The photos online are INCREDIBLY misleading. It feels like an actual morgue inside. There are no windows and the entire building is painted black. The capsules are tiny and you are required to SLEEP WITH YOUR BAGS!! They lock from the inside but you have to purchase an outside lock separately. The staff was pleasant but I think it’s Stockholm syndrome.
Staff location and cleanliness are fantastic. However, I just felt that the hotel is trying to take every penny. It used to provide free towel, now, you need to pay for it. Literally an enclosed bed with privacy is what you get. The noise other people make would wake you many times in your dreams, even you dont see them. But this price and location. Still hoping they could do a little better on providing free towels or something to male customers happier.

Rooms were absolutely sweltering the extractor fan did absolutely nothing to help, the showers just blasted the cubicle and lasted 30 seconds. Did feel secure and good location

Excellent place to stay in central London. Clean pods, quite and comfortable.
Very clean, easy to access, friendly staff, and effective security at the door. However, for further safety, I wish the capsules came with padlocks included for security from outside. They are available for an extra cost, but you wouldn't ever be able to reserve a hotel room that doesn't lock, so ideally that would be an included amenity based on price.
stayed just for one night to check out this capsule thing and well it works. The location was amazing, bed very comfy. pods was mostly clean except the shelf & mirror which was covered in dust. pods have ventilation but which i found quite noisy. Bathrooms were ok, relatively clean, little dirty here and there, but seen worse. Place is perfect for only sleeping as no other facilities like a water fountain and zero atmosphere. felt very safe with security in front of the door!
