+ The morning girl in check out
- Let’s start with the fact that when we arrived at the reception, there was no one there. There wasn’t even a bell to call the staff. We waited about 10 minutes. The guy who eventually showed up was unpleasant. Also, there was no parking as stated. The listing says there is parking, but the information that it must be reserved appeared only after payment, not during the booking process. So that critical information was missing. We ended up having to park 2 km away because there was no space anywhere. For us, a parking spot was essential. They also didn’t provide a receipt after payment, which is clearly a violation of the rules. We were simply given two key cards — that’s it. No receipt (and I shouldn’t have to explicitly ask for one). There was also no form or option anywhere to reserve a parking space. The room was small — microscopic — and not like the photos at all. In the morning, there was a very pleasant girl who handled our check-out. That was the only positive part of the experience.

- Für diesen Preis ging das gar nicht! Unser Zimmer war so groß wie eine Gefängnis Zelle! Überall auf dem Bettzeug waren Haare! Die Wände waren total dreckig! Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet und haben uns umgehend ein neues Hotel gesucht!
+ Nach meiner späten Ankunft erhielt ich keinen Code. Draußen bei -12 °C fror ich. Niemand öffnete die Tür, meine Anrufe und Nachrichten blieben unbeantwortet. Das Zimmer war daher schmutzig: benutzte Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier, Müll und schmutziges Geschirr auf dem Boden. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Ich schlief mit einer Jacke und fror trotzdem. Mein Atem war dampfend kalt. Niemand hat sich bisher entschuldigt, und meine Nachrichten und Anrufe werden weiterhin ignoriert. Ich werde mich über dieses unverschämte Verhalten beschweren!
- Ich war immer Kunde bei Ihnen, aber dieses Mal war ich sehr enttäuscht. Sie haben mir den Schlüsselcode für den späten Check-in nicht geschickt und weder meine Anrufe noch meine Nachrichten beantwortet. Draußen bei -12 Grad habe ich gefroren. Schließlich bin ich nur mit Mühe ins Hotel gekommen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, es gab keine Handtücher, überall lagen benutzte Tassen und Müll herum, und die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und benutzt! Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, ich habe gefroren und in meiner Jacke geschlafen! Geben Sie mir mein Geld zurück! Ich werde mich beschweren!
- Das Zimmer war ein Einzelzimmer das uns als Doppelzimmer angedreht wurde. Keine Ausstattung. Zwei Metallbetten in den Ecken. Schmutzig und unglaublicher Lärm auf dem Flur. Unglaublich klein und eng.

- Wie kann man sowas gästen anbieten voll die frechheit und das personal am empfang redet nur englisch und kam mit der buchung am pc nicht klar bin sofort in abderes hotel geflüchtet wo ist euer respekt am gast

Good for an overnight stay, does the job. The ensuite toilets are very small, and the other guests were very noisy. The beds were comfortable and good enough for the overnight stay.
I had a nice stay here. Bed was pretty comfy, shower water was hot. A bit loud some evenings in the lobby because some student groups were there. One note i have for a&o is considering accepting cash as payment. Paying here is card only but a lot of us travelers have issues with our cards and need to use cash as a backup.
Due to the low price compared to other hostels, the roommates you might be staying with are not the best 🤷🏻♂️Also the room wasn’t really clean. You can sleep, but probably not the best sleep.
