- Je ne sais pas par où commence tellement mon expérience dans cet Hostel a été catastrophique, je voyage depuis de nombreuse année et jamais une tel expérience ne m’étais arrivé ! J’ai loué un scooter comme à mon habitude , je suis passé directement par l’hostel pour practicité Après 1h de route dans la région , le moteur du scooter me lache en pleine montagne , je contacte l’hostel qui me dit « gentiment » de me débrouiller pour rentrer alors que le scooter était défectueux Après plusieurs heures perdu dans les montagnes laotienne , je décide d’essayer de revenir à un village par moi même pour trouver un chauffeur et je me blesse avec le scooter Un homme accepte de me ramener me voyant blesser pour 500000 kip À mon retour les employés ne trouve rien de mieux que de me prendre la tête et de me demander de payer les dégâts du scooter a un prix exorbitant soit 2 millions de Kip ( alors que le scooter était déjà vieu et pas entrenu étant donné le problème rencontré En discutant avec d’autre client et en lisant les commentaires vous comprendrez que le rapport a l’argent est particulier ici. Si vous chercher une auberge avec un bon service et du soutiens en cas de soucis alors ne venez surtout pas ici , on veut seulement prendre votre argent

+ 大家注意这家店服务员会偷东西，我在这家店丢失了100多美金＄1000泰铢฿ 1500块人民币¥ 100万老挝币，给差评是希望酒店能开除偷东西的三个服务员，留他们在这里工作会有更多人被偷，对你们酒店也不会是好事，希望酒店以后要经过客人同意才能让服务员进入房间打扫卫生，万荣很多酒店都发生过偷客人钱的案例，在中国网络上万荣服务员盗窃很多已经是盗窃的重灾区，我能百分百确定我的钱就是这家服务员偷的，他们没有拿完我的钱只偷了一半，大面额的钱全部偷走了，真该死，希望他们会有报应。

I give a bad review because I hope the hotel can fire the three waiters who stole things. If they keep working here, more people will be stolen, and it will not be good for your hotel. I hope the hotel will obtain the consent of the guests before allowing the waiters to enter the room to clean. Many hotels in Vangrong have cases of stealing guests' money. On the Chinese Internet, Vangrong waiters have stolen a lot of money and it has become a disaster area for theft. I can be 100% sure that my money was stolen by this waiter. They did not take all my money, but only stole half of it. All the large-denomination money was stolen. It's damn right. I hope they will get retribution.

- Tout était très bien jusqu'à ce qu'on nous vole 250 euros en liquide dans nos sacs qui étaient dans notre chambre fermée à clef. L'hôtel dira qu'il n'y a aucune preuve sur les caméras mais nous savons ce qui était dans nos sacs. ATTENTION ne laissez pas d'argent dans les chambres..

- It was dirty with blood on the sheets, the bed was broken, in that it tipped up if you rolled into the middle. It was also very noisy with people in the pool until the wee hours.

+ The housekeeper steal money. I find i lost 500 us dollar after back home

+ Pool is ok but doesn’t get sunlight after 12

- First room was a prison cell that smelt like mould and bleach. The bathroom was in the dorm but the toilet was off the floor and taped over. They moved me to another room wasn’t much better. No security, no locks, rooms are on the ground floor anyone can walk in.

- Nous avons réservé dans cet établissement suite aux avis tous positifs, emplacement, calme, propre….. Nous avons eu tout le contraire, l hôtel est situé sur la route principale avec un défilé de camion jour et nuit qui klaxonnent, qui passent dans les trous sur la route avec un bruit assourdissant. Les fenêtres de la chambre sont tellement anciennes qu’elles ne ferment plus donc vous êtes clairement sur la route. Nous lisons aussi que le petit déjeuner était fabuleux mais ce n est juste que des morceaux de pains de mie à mettre au four et vous n avez ni beurre ni confiture, nous ne comprenons pas le principe. Vous pouvez demander une omelette et du café soluble. Ambiance Asie oblige vous devez retirer vos chaussures à l entrée alors que la route a cote dépose de la poussière partout. Vous avez du wifi dans tout l hôtel mais pas d internet, tout le monde descend dans le hall d accueil pour y avoir accès (pourtant c est noté 10/10 sur l annonce). Le personnel paraît sympa mais à part nous dire qu ils savent pour le bruit ils n ont pu nous proposer qu une autre chambre juste à côté de la nôtre donc même problème. Je pense qu il faut se méfier de tous les autres avis qui me semblent pas très honnêtes, d ailleurs en les lisant tous, vous retrouver toujours la même formulation. Nous voyageons depuis plus de 4 mois en Asie et c est vraiment la première fois que nous rencontrons cela.

+ Amazing breakfast It is always clean We can see hot air ballons and paramotor from the garden. Nice pool

- People not respecting the fact we remove the shoes to go to the bathroom. Often was dirty. But fortunately the ladies were always on the go to clean.

+ Good location, staff was not the friendliest, but they were very helpful, good atmosphere

- Bathroom is a bit smelly and not super clean

+ The people in reception and kitchen were really nice.

+ The breakfast buffet is included, there is a lot of space in coming areas and also big rooms

- Wifi is terrible

+ It was really nice. I heard that the privat rooms are not so nice but the 10 bed bedroom was great. It was clean and the pool is amazing. The food from the restaurant as well. Highly recommend this hostel. Also the staff was really nice and helpful.

- That the bathroom is 25m away from the bedroom. But I guess that is only a problem when you get food poisoning

- קצת מרוחק מהמרכז, בערך 10 דק הליכה

+ La piscina è piacevole e il ristorante in loco comodissimo se non si ha voglia di andare in città (o non si può… perché si sta male… cosa frequentissima a Vang Vieng) Collegandomi a ciò, due farmacie una a dx e una a sx della struttura, ottime, a soli 5 min a piedi, perfette per quando, molto probabilmente, vi servirà comprare Imodium 🙃 [noi eravamo un gruppo di 10, siamo stati tutti male~ questo non c’entra con la struttura, è solo un consiglio per la città, ATTENZIONE]

- Posizione a 10 min dal centro ma l’ingresso dell’ostello da su uno stradone sterrato sul quale passano camion enormi e mezzi vari a tutta velocità. Inoltre di sera non è ben illuminato. La pulizia è scadente, soprattutto quella dei bagni, importante quando vengono utilizzati così tanto e da persone che stanno male. Non c’è sapone. È PIENO di zanzare ovunque, ho dovuto dirlo allo staff che ha risolto spruzzando veleno nelle camere ma poi non ha pulito quindi tornando in camera c’erano tutte zanzare morte ovunque e sulle lenzuola. Il Wi-Fi non funziona bene.

- La habitación no tenía llave ni lugar donde proteger lo de valor, alguien me robo dentro de ella 150 dólares, un cliente seguro porque si fuese un empleado se lleva todos los que había y el ladrón me dejó los billetes pequeños haciendo bulto
